Children think it's cool to be transgender and they're trying the self-identity out in droves, claims an Australian psychiatrist.
Psychiatrist Stephen Stathis, who runs the gender clinic at Brisbane's Lady Cilento Children's Hospital and is responsible for diagnosing gender dysphoria, reports that “many” youth are “trying out being transgender” in order to stand out.
Apparently, declaring oneself “transgender” is trendy. “One said to me, ‘Doctor Steve ... I want to be transgender, it’s the new black,’” Stathis related.

I’ve met twice as many transgenders in the past year I have in the rest of my life combined. Meaning before I met one and this year I met two. The two I met this year seemed like your run of the mill fat lesbians but they made a big deal about being boys. Its obviously a trend which die out. Its this year’s pet rock.
So do I. It’s the latest “victim” fad.
The problem is, if these kids are allowed to have surgery, they really will be victims of cultural Marxism, so “progressives” can feel smug.
The thing that drives them berserk more than anything else is ignoring them.
Nobody will hire me.
And sadly some parents think it is great to have a “pet” transgender kid, especially if said parent is gay and/or liberal. See Shiloh Pitt for reference.
