Many years ago, going low carb stopped my reflux immediately. It hasn’t come back even when off low carb. Guessing it let everything settle down and recoup.
The ping list is posted ONCE A WEEK on Tuesday so that Ray and Pax have it for their pings that week
It is also posted as a courtesy so people know who is on or not on the list. People invite others along the way and the list changes virtually every week with adds and drops.

you know so many men work their entire lives and don’t get anything really special.. they provide the homes and vehicles for the family and most often they are more utilitarian than playful.

well all that sounds like it isn’t’ a good situation. When the GI tract is messed up, the pleasure in eating is surely diminished.
Neither surgery or meds are on my lists of wants and so I avoid them !!!
And yo are right on the age thing. Most of us took very much for granted the good health we had as youngsters and young adults. Slowly as things went bad we DID appreciate and understand.

Thank you, that’s exactly what I was thinking – that after working so hard for so long, and being willing to continue it, he deserves something special. I think it has a lot to do with feminism, women just see men as tools, something to be used but not really appreciated.
No not cataracts, I wish! Strabismus. My eyes don’t point in the same place so I have double vision. But it doesn’t seem like double vision it’s just really fuzzy because I am also extremely nearsighted. And that is what is causing the strabismus to get worse all the time. And as the distance between the focus gets bigger, glasses can’t compensate. Luckily there is the surgery for it. I want to idiot optometrist for many decades so apparently never heard of it. I couldn’t see very well for about 10 years. I couldn’t read nor could I see street signs, but the multitude of optometrists told me I was just picky. Luckily they kicked me out of their office, a couple of them, so I ended up at an ophthalmologist. Who immediately knew the solution. I’m only going to MDs from now on, even for glasses. Anyway just for business gets worse every year so eventually I’ll need another surgery. Hopefully I won’t have to put up with not seeing well for very long. At least I know there is a solution this time around :-)
I was just thinking yesterday as I was driving to town, that I know God timed all this. I had the surgery one month before I was due to come out here. He wanted me to see all this beauty and appreciate it fully. Which I do every single day. I can’t believe how lucky I am. Blessed actually.
When I get the business up and going, I’ll send you some sample packets. They are actually stored for long-term storage :-) ( speaking of prepping ) so you can use them anytime before 20 years is up. LOL

Literally maybe not but when she’s only 19 minutes from the White House I’ll pretty much will stick my neck out and say she’ll be a frequent visitor and perhaps be invited to many of the dinners and hopefully weekend getaways. I’m also hoping she’ll be able to attend some of Barron’s soccer games.
