Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz never actually saw the computer she fought to block the Capitol Police from examining as evidence in a criminal case against her IT aide by saying it was hers, she told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel Thursday.
“This was not my laptop. I have never seen that laptop. I don’t know what’s on the laptop,” she said Thursday. She said it was Imran’s laptop but purchased using taxpayer funds from her office.
The Sun-Sentinel said she has refused to speak personally about the issue until now, and quoted her as saying “I’ve been on vacation,” she said. “I’m not hiding, and I have no reason to hide.”

I just heard today that DWS was introduced to the Awan Bros. by Gregory Meeks(D-NY). apparently he was the first to use them. He is a racist scumbag and Islamic apologetic moron. He is always on TV spewing some stupid Liberal idea. Would be suprised if this goes all the way back to Meeks. He is close with the Clintons.

I haven’t heard that about Meeks being the one to introduce DWS to the Awan Bros. I know it’s been reported that she’s been close with Imran Awan and his wife for several years, but it does make sense that Meeks could have been involved in the original introduction.

How does she manage to assert Constitutional privilege over Sean’s laptop to keep the Capitol Police from examining it. Its not hers!
DWS: I’d like to know how Capitol Police handle equipment that belongs to a member or staffer that’s been lost in the Capitol complex and found or recovered by one of your officers.
DWS: So if a member says there is equipment that has been lost, and you find it it would be returned to the member?
DWS: But if a member owns the equipment, and there is no ongoing case related to that member, then the equipment is supposed to be returned.
DWS: If the member loses the equipment, says they lose the equipment, and it is found by the Capitol Police, it is supposed to be returned.
DWS: ...If the equipment belongs to the member, it has been lost, they say it’s been lost and it’s been identified as that member’s...
DWS: ...If a member loses equipment and it is found by your staff and identified as that member’s equipment and the member
DWS: ...Members’ equipment is members’ equipment. My understanding is the the Capitol Police is not able to confiscate members’ equipment when the member is not under investigation
So she starts off in the first line saying "member or staffer," then completely forgets the "staffer" in her next six questions where she says only "member."
Now today she conveniently reverts to "staffer."

Sounds to me as if they had it setup in a location to listen or spoof another mobile enabled server, or act as a repeater/ftp server to lob/route conversations offsite to a collection server for classification and cataloging
