I’m not sure about that angle either...but regardless, the whole thing is hinky.
I just went through the /pol OPs recent posts, and pulled out key things that he said (last 3 days). They’re listed below...with a complete caveat that I have no way of ascertaining his veracity, etc. I’m sharing only so other Freepers can read, think about this, and pick holes in it. If it can be established that he/his car was was attacked before he accelerated into the other car, he may well have a defense of flight when in fear for his life.
