They will be coming after Jefferson and Washington next.
Then the Constitution.
Then the Bible.

The erasing of history continues.
The grounds for this were laid when Ten Commandments monuments were removed and there was no real public outcry about it.
How much longer will the public tolerate having our history erased?

Obviously, Baltimore will now achieve nirvana and there will be no more killings while unicorns will once again frolic in their parks.

Anyone see the 2 crybabies on Fox just now crying about the statues, and the struggle, and how Trump has Nazis in the WH? How about fair and balanced!!! After this, and Eboni Williams and that Kat girl calling me a nazi sympathizer because I support Trump, I am done with Fox. There are no good shows left.
note to leftists-. I support Trump even more now.

Maybe it's time to GORE the LEFT's ox !
Banning the Confederate flag is all the rage these days as leftists have brainwashed the public into claimingthat flag had something to do with the Charleston shoot.
Since were banning controversial stuff, why not ban all images, name prints and statues of Democrat KKK Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd ?
Of course you never hear a peep of the old KKK racist Robert Byrd.
He was Democrat majority leader of the Senate before he went senile, and even has his statue in the halls of Congress.
The KKK Democrat Robert Byrd lasted as Democrat Senator for over 50 years, and voted against the civil-rights-act like a typical Democrat.
Whats more offensive ?A KKK Grand Kleagle like Democrat Robert Byrd,
or a Confederate flag that was on top of the General Lee in the Dukes of Hazzard ?
Petitioning West Virginia Governor : To remove the name of the late Senator and Ku Klux Klan member Robert Byrd from the public space, road ways and government buildings (including schools).
Whats that you hear from leftist Democrats?
Thats called silence.
Democrats have the proud distinction of having the only known KKK Grand Kleagle in the Senate for over 50 years.
Democrats even voted Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd as their leader in the Senate for more than two decades.
Kleagle Robert Byrd was Democrat whip and leader in the 70s and 80s.
I guess we should remove any references to :
will have to be removed by those FASCISTS, also.
After all, they either owned slaves, or defended slave owners.
What ?
They're DemocRATS and you don't want to touch them ?
What about William Jefferson Clinton, because he DEFENDED the Ku Klux Klan and Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd ?
Doesn't any reference to him have to be removed also ?
I guess we got to be
equal to all about this matter, and apply this nonsense equally.< /sarc>

Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to scrub history of the notion there was ever slavery in this country? Just rewrite the history books and purge every reference to slavery in the United States from class rooms.
They could arrest anyone who talks about it and charge that person with using a lie to incite a riot. It could be a really bad hate crime.

So is this what we have come to?
Anything that was Confederate is now out of bounds and by definition, Racist?
Will they be confiscating the fake Confederate paper money currency we bought at the Gettysburg gift shop in 1971??? I mean it was paper money made to look real old.
Does my saving that from my childhood mean I harbor racist feelings?
Are we in that bad shape now that we have to remove whatever the mob chants for?????

Baltimore is a sewer...no one ever goes there, so no one sees the monuments anyway....who cares? let them waste their efforts and money. CW II is coming to a neighborhood to you...probably sooner than we think
To: VanShuyten
Btw Chief Justice Roger Taney did not rule that African slaves could not be citizens
He found that the US Constitution as written did not confer citizenship on slaves nor could the US Congress make laws for the US territories like the Missouri Compromise that were therefore unconstitutional
Which meant that Dred did not have legal standing to sue in court
Dred Scott was a 7-2 decision on those grounds
And that's why conferring citizenship on past slaves required a Constitutional Amendment which later occurred as part of Reconstruction
Its a much more complicated but straightforward issue than “ racism”

On Tuesday, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has called for the removal of a statue of Justice Roger B. Taney from the grounds of the State House. This guy wasn't even a Confederate, he simply made a Supreme Court ruling that people in 2017 don't like.

Stephanie Rawlings Blake, the same mayor that gave rioters permission to riot. Anyone surprised?
