Shocking video shows a group of teenage girls assaulting a young woman and allegedly robbing the woman of her phone. Video from NBC Philadelphia shows a chaotic fight scene as a group of at least 10 girls appears to assail a woman. A witness told NBC that the woman had tried to defend a different set of younger girls that the offensive group was bullying.

If the person filming is white, then they probably understand it is illegal for a white person to interfere with blacks for any reason. This is where we are today.

Very easily decoded racist title. The word “girl” is an older racially diminutive term for addressing a black female. “Teen” is the current super secret media code word for blacks of almost all ages who behave badly. “Woman” is a term usually reserved for white females, or black females who are law abiding.
Didn’t really need to watch the video to know who the players were.
