He graduated with a BA in the bottom 5% (506 out of 688) of his class at Delaware. He graduated in the bottom 11% (76 out of 85) of his Syracuse law school class where he was guilty of plagiarism and failed a course.
He was guilty of plagiarism as a politician.
He also never served in our Armed Forces and avoided the draft by being medically disqualified for asthma.
The Perv clearly has not had any effective training in how to fight. If he has ever attended such training he needs to get his money back, because in his case, it was useless and he continued his record of gross underperformance.
Any mildly competent warrior would have put him six feet under in 1960, and would certainly do so today.
