The only possible excuse I can think of (and I certainly hope I am wrong) is that we are going to need a fully-funded military for something very big in the immediate future.
Between this bill losing the house and maybe the senate in 2018, I don't see how we'd have been much worse off with sHrillary.

Trump just threw most of his supporters under the bus...He lied...He said he will not allow them to take our guns...But now he agreed to take away the guns from everyone under 21 years of age...He agreed to federal funding to provide for anti 2nd Amendment propaganda in the public schools while prohibiting any funding for school protection...
Its not Trump’s fault.
Its the GOP-e who just got played and ended up forcing Trumps hand.
