I asked my daughter, a HS student, about this and she did not even know this was happening. The D Gov of VA is de facto encouraging students to skip class by headlining rally from Noon - 2 pm in Richmond.

rumors were going around yesterday that our schools here in TX were going to allow this to happen. One call to the superintendents office put a stop to that crap. if they walk out, they are on their own and will suffer the consequences. I asked my son if he understood this and why his classmates wanted to do this, he replied “propaganda”. That’s my boy!

I would say that the students are supporting a celebration of Hitler's birthday!
"A respectful gathering of students on the National Mall on this 20th of April, the 129th anniversary of Adolf Hitler's birth..."
or something like that. Keep emphasizing the link to Hitler. Most of them probably have little to no idea of who he was or what he did.
