New York radio personality Randy Credico said Assange instructed him to communicate to Schiff that he was prepared to interview with the California Democrat.
Credico said that Assange was interested in speaking to Schiff to show “there is no collusion," a reference to Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Schiff has been vocal about his belief that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.
Schiff’s office responded... “Our committee would be willing to interview Julian Assange when he is in U.S. custody, not before,” in a statement Friday.

Because then widdle Adam can say he's so powerful, everybody bows to him, does what he wants. Oh, coincidentally, having Julian on US soil (as widdle Adam has required) makes it so much easier to make sure Julian has an unfortunate accident. Assange received from Bradley (Thinks its a Chelsea!) Manning classified USG-DOD material/documents. That makes him a potential violator of the Espionage Act and receiver of stolen goods.
They don’t want to know because they may just stumble over the truth. He should have been the first person interviewed.

While that is true, I think he could now make an exception in Seth Rich's case since he's now deceased.......
I suspect Assange is using that as a bargaining chip in order to get the DOJ charges against him dropped.......
