Donald Trump has ordered the military to be on alert over a US-bound migrant caravan as he declared a national emergency.
Referring to the caravan from Honduras, the president tweeted: "Sadly, it looks like Mexico's Police and Military are unable to stop the Caravan heading to the Southern Border of the United States.
"I have alerted Border patrol and Military that this is a National Emergency."
He added that the US would begin "cutting off, or substantially reducing aid" to three Central American countries.

And Soros would have been neutralized. And no one would have mourned his loss.
We don't have "rotten" immigration laws. We have excellent immigration statutes.
What we have is a congenital institutionalized governmental inability to enforce, and a congenital predisposition to non-enforcement of, the immigration statutes, by the elitist powers that be on both political sides.
We are the laughing stock of the Western world. We spend billions on a military we are pathologically incapable of engaging for the Constitutional purpose of defending our very own borders, yet we have been manning the borders of Korea and other sovereign nations across the globe for the past 70 years, at tremendous cost and expense in blood, sweat and treasure to the U.S. taxpayer.
There is no way any enemy on earth can do to us any more damage than we are doing and have done to ourselves.
I once heard a famous Canadian author answer someone who asked the question, “What is the biggest difference between Canada and the United States?”
She said, “Well, for one thing, you have Mexico for your southern neighbor. And we have you.”
That was a couple of decades ago. Today we might say, “The biggest difference is that you have us for your southern neighbor and we have Mexico.”
It’s cold up there, but maybe the settlers there had the right idea.
Of course there are all different types of invasion.
You damn straight. This is an invasion and has been going on for years. All men in the border states should be armed and ready to go in a minute.

Close the border, ane I mean close it! No through Traffic, no Trucks, no products, no visitors, American citizens entering and Mexican citizens leaving ONLY, until Mexico deals with this.

Hey there certainly seems to be a lot of you on the internet today. You are very good at poopooing others for their ideas but at least they are trying. You type doesn’t offer up anything just shoot other people down. When do you want to get serious about this invasion? When they are 10 miles within our border? Yes there are other alternatives to bombing the Horde but I don’t see you expressing them.
