As TGP previously reported in February, according to Mike Cernovich, McCabe altered far left FBI investigator Peter Strzok’s 302 notes on his interview with General Michael Flynn.
And then McCabe destroyed the evidence.
In early May Senator Grassley demanded the FBI and DOJ produce the transcript of Flynn’s intercepted calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak and the 302’s by May 25th.
The DOJ and FBI ignored him.
Grassley then concluded his letter by reiterating his request to schedule an interview with the second special agent who was present at Flynn’s interrogation, Joe Pientka, after push back from the DOJ.

The DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA plus a few other federal agencies truly believe they can say FU Congress. AFGE union punks rarely work 30 hour weeks. They are taught to do less and less with each promotion. Affirmative Action plus all kinds of minority preference screwed up DOD contracting if one was not a Boeing or other big shot.
They do believe it and thus far it has worked BRILLIANTLY! Until our President truly buckles down on his DOJ to bring criminal indictments against Page, Strozk, Comey, Mueller, All FBI upper echelon and CIA upper echelon, Clintons it will continue unchallenged. I’m still waiting after months of being told I’d receive the FISA and texts unredacted. Guess we aren’t getting those either

Exactly. Why is Rosenstein still overseeing Mueller ? The whole reason for Rosenstein overseeing him was Sessions recusal. Sessions is gone so the oversight should go to the acting AG. Also, why does Rosenstein even have the authority to deny him to testify. That comes from the FBI director, not Rosenstein.
Comey actually admitted that the interview was not normal protocol for the agency, but then he also admitted that he knew the new administration was in transition and very disorganized and vulnerable at that time, and they used that to their advantage. Normal protocol was to go through the White House Counsel's office to set up interviews. McCabe slyly tells Flynn, well, we can go through the Counsel's office if you'd like, but then the interview will be delayed...yada, yada, yada. Flynn falls for the lie, and then agrees to meet that day. And...it's decided between Comey and McCabe, that the agents won't give the standard warning against possible legal consequences if the FBI was lied to during that interview. The F'n bastards.

I couldn't either. I would have killed somebody by now. And I'm an old lady. I think I spent too much time around convicted murders and rapists during my prison career. At least I got a good pension out of it :-)

This is just more evidence of FBI/DOJ corruption. Trump needs to declassify the FISA documents and use that to create a Presidential Commission on Corruption within the FBI/DOJ to bypass the roadblocks being set up to block investigations and prosecutions by the Obama officials that are still calling the shots there.
Ridiculous! The judge should give them mere days or hours to produce the core evidence. That gives them time to alter evidence.
Always so hard to figure out whether to call this guy Rosenfelon or Rosenweasel!

How can the government possibly work for its citizens when it’s officials don’t have to obide by any laws or oversite.the only law I can see is get Trump by any means possible now the fbi is committing crimes right in front of us what I think is happening is the media is softing the public up so when they make up a crime to impeach Trump the public outcry want be to bad the media is playing the long game wear us out with this mess and the next thing you know were defeated without one shot fired hell they stole at least 30 house seats and did not get any push back if the dems thought the GOP was cheating on elections they would have ever government agency charging us with crimes as of now us conservatives don’t have any legal protections all our government and taxes are for the democrats agendia if nothing changes we will be in about the same situation the Christians in Syria are facing all I here is how bad white are and we should some how be ashamed for breathing

Why do you think all of these things have unfolded in recent weeks ... after Mueller delayed Flynn's sentencing repeatedly over the course of at least nine months? I'm sure Whitaker is the one who stepped into the picture and told Mueller to do his damn job.
Do you think it's a coincidence that Mueller's sentencing memo for Flynn was released almost exactly one month after Whitaker was appointed? I'm guessing Whitaker told him he had 30 days to get it done, or he would be looking for another job.
