Pelosi’s tongue is busy licking her teeth inside her mouth. Does she have dentures? IIRC she always makes these grimaces.
From her eye movement, she also appears to be reading Trump’s RHS teleprompter.
I don’t think she is enjoying reluctantly having to join others in so many standing ovations. Poor tired Nancy! Lol
