She described to me a scene from a sci-fi film where a group of officers, male and female, even with a nurse, woke them up with violence and intimidation. These young men and young girls who are in their training period. They told them they had 1 minute to get up, and when they got up, they were told they had come to vaccinate them.

They almost succeeded in making them capitulate. My daughter explained that she had had the virus a month and a half before, so she was cured and had no need of a vaccine. And the commandant arrived with a group of female officers who sat on my daughter, including the nurse. And they told her, ‘you are obligated to get vaccinated now. These are the orders of the army.’ She replied, ‘you cannot vaccinate me. It’s not legal.’ My daughter fought, she called me crying. She was in a state of shock. She said to me ‘Mum, they’re trying to kill us here. It’s like a rape to vaccinate us.’ My daughter’s tough; I brought her up like that. There is no right to refuse a vaccination in the US military. What you’ve just done is inciting a mutiny. You might want to read up on the penalties for that.

By act of Congress experimental drugs cannot be forced on soldiers. Unless they come up with doses of this Comirnaty drug for use on soldiers, it is still banned. If they do inject our soldiers with Comirnaty, Pfizer is liable to lawsuit for injury and death, as the vaccination protections were removed.

She is not inciting mutiny as suggested below. She is making a choice. They may choose to dishonorably discharge her. They may lock her up. They may NOT inject her against her will. It will result in many not joining in the future. I believe Israel mandates service.... They may find many immigrating elsewhere.

Your intent doesn’t matter. You have incited a member of the military to disobey a lawful order. And, no, these are no longer ‘experimental’. They are fully approved.

Not relevant. You have heard about shouting fire in a crowded theater? Or have you heard about ‘fighting words’. So, no, your freedom of speech has limits. Inciting a member of the military to disobey orders is outside that limit. Check with your attorney.

The military can compel any member to take a vaccine. Do some research if you doubt that.
