BREAKING: Fulton County Defense Attorneys File Urgent Motion After Talks Of 150,000 “Missing Ballots”

There’s trouble in Fulton County, Georgia as two high-powered criminal defense attorneys have suddenly filed a motion to withdraw from a 2020 election case. Criminal Defense Attorneys Donald F. Samuel and Amanda R. Clark Palmer have motioned to withdraw themselves from the Favorito v. Wan case, according to the motion.

Rasmussen speculated that the lawyers reportedly motioning to withdraw may have something to do with “missing” mail ballots.

“These 150,000 still secret 2020 unfolded mail ballots with the perfect ovals protected by court order for 3 years may have gone missing, and the county’s lawyers have just quit,” Rasmussen posted on X.

https://twitter.com/Rasmussen_Poll/status/1722728364564271206?

It is not clear why the lawyers are withdrawing from the case. Becker News has reached out to the law firm Garland, Samuel and Loeb for comment and will update accordingly.

Human Events, however, had earlier reported on the 147,000 mail-in ballots controversy:

Fulton County poll manager Suzi Voyles was sorting through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November when she noticed something odd: several ballots marked for Joe Biden were extremely similar.

One after another, the votes contained perfectly filled ovals for Biden. What’s more, each of the bubbles boasted an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil, per the Epoch Times.

Voyles also noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different paper than the others she’d counted and none were folded or creased, which is standard for mail-in ballots as they come from envelopes.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” Voyles said. She noted that she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County.

All but three of the 110 ballots in the stack – which had been labeled “State Farm Arena” – were marked for Biden and appeared to be “identical ballots.”

After Voyles came forward, she was fired as a poll manager by the Fulton County Department of Elections.

“I got the boot for speaking the truth,” she said.

At least three other poll workers observed the same thing.

These election watchdogs have used their sworn affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots in Fulton and allow for a closer inspection. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes.

Silly rabbits. Even if you get rid of the dead body, murder cases are frequently proven by circumstantial and testimonial evidence.

The truth will get out.

The defendants are members of the Foulton County Board of Elections. They most likely withdrew after cocluding their client destroyed material evidence.

It is not clear why the lawyers are withdrawing from the case.

Sure...

These two lawyers were on the team defending the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections.

The speculation is that the lawyers quit because the ballot evidence that the County Elections board was ordered by the court to "protect for three years may have gone missing."

Maybe these defense lawyers found out that their clients were guilty all along?

LBJ?

Ballot box 13 in Jim Wells County.

And they admitted it, but the election had already been certified.

Are these attorneys representing the Fulton County Board?

Lots of reasons why attorneys withdraw from cases. Don’t jump to conclusions.

Voter fraud? Can't be? The fat dude who was in-charge of the DOJ in 2020 said that there was no vote fraud? He wasn't lying, was he?

Side note - It is a criminal violation to lie to federal agents and reps BUT they can lie their ass off to the American people and it's OK???? That needs to change!

Supports my theory that in 2024 the Dem candidate will win by about 400,000,000 votes. Dems are through pretending that elections are fair. It’s not like anybody who can will do anything to stop it.

> The defendants are members of the Foulton County Board of Elections. They most likely withdrew after cocluding their client destroyed material evidence.

... but had told lawyers and/or the court and/or the public that they had not violated any law(?)

As I understand it, lawyers cannot be a party to any criminality. This includes criminality which is subject to an ongoing trial. If county officers are violating the law, and the violations by county officer defendants are made known to their lawyers, then the lawyers would need inform the court or withdraw from representing their defendant county officer clients.

In this particular case, perhaps the evidence had been established to have existed in a particular place at a particular time after plaintiffs served notice of a complaint (and preserve all relevant evidence, such as original ballots), but the evidence is now “lost.” It almost sounds as if some county worker had destroyed evidence in spite of a court order to preserve the evidence. If so, and county prejudices prevail, perhaps the only logical outcome would be for the plaintiffs to be granted summary judgment. (Not quite a total win for the more general public concern of a stolen election, but close, and avoids the distress of opening a larger can of worms.)

Anyways, just guessing...

You thought right, the extra ballots are what are now missing after a judge said to hold them for three years instead of the normal0l 22 months.

I think that this is about 2020. I have read about these ballots before, probably right here on FreeRepublic.

When the Dems do something so egregious that the exposure of it would have enormous consequences, it seems that they would rather someone take the risk of getting caught for destroying evidence. … a Clintonesque strategy.

Praise the Lord, who I believe had a hand in this case. Faorito is a liberal, but he is a liberal that believes in fair elections.

Why would a local election official in a major city such as Atlanta use an out of state printer? The political reasons of using local, plus the easy of controlling and faster turn around out weight using a printer out of state. 🧐

My guess is they were apparently “extra” ballots filled out by a computer program, and are now “missing” so they cannot be used as evidence of election tampering.

NOt just missing...if I read the twitter thread correctly trucks camed in, took them, and then shredded them.

My exact question too.

I know Don Samuel and several of his partners. He is a *darned* good lawyer - if I were in a world of hurt I would want him representing me. And he's a scrapper - he would not abandon a client unless something was seriously, ethically wrong.
