The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) pursuit of pro-life activists has resulted in four more Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act convictions.
Four people — Eva Edl, 87, of Aiken South Carolina; Eva Zastrow, 24, of Dover, Arkansas; James Zastrow, 25, of Eldon, Missouri; and Paul Place, 24, of Centerville, Tennessee — were found guilty on Tuesday of violating the FACE Act during a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion clinic in 2021, the Daily Wire reported.
The activists face up to a year in prison and thousands of dollars in fines. They await sentencing on July 30. Six other activists — including a Christian father of 11 and a 73-year-old man — who participated in the protest were convicted of conspiracy against rights and violating the FACE Act in January and face up to 11 years behind bars.

the FACE act demands the silence of our First Amendment that is supposed to protect people from government.
Wasn’t the FACE act predicated on the existence of a constitutional right to get access to Abortions under Roe v Wade?
The law was rendered void when Roe v Wade was overturned.

This was their mistake. They shouldn’t have entered the building. They should have done their praying outside on public property. By going inside, onto the same floor where the clinic is located, even if they weren’t blocking the hallway or the doorway to the clinic, it still can be seen as obstructing access to the clinic. Should have stayed outside the building.

Ironic, because his DOJ is jailing 87-year-olds and 73-year-olds for 11 years, and he’s 81 years old. When he’s finally convicted of treason, let’s be compassionate for the old dear. Don’t jail him for 11 years. That would be cruel. Instead, HANG HIM!

What is going to happen (if not already) if someone dies because of this nonsense and the family decides to go after those responsible?

Progressives do not want, under any circumstances, for conservatives to start protesting. If we did that in large numbers, we would win.(Like we were winning circa 2010.)

At least for now, progressives have no threat of a large number of conservatives going out and doing their constitutional duty, highlighted above. Conservatives haven't wanted it since 2010.
But our Founders did this. They intended for us to do it and its presence in the Constitution itself is an express commandment from the Founders themselves:
"Thou shalt do this. Thou shalt peaceably assemble."
How few of us do. Sadly, how precious few follow the clear instruction of the Founders. These instructions could not be more clear.
But Garland and company are using the DOJ to punish one political side and ignore what the other side does.
