It's been known for years that cooking indoors can taint the air in a home and cause health problems, especially when cooking without proper ventilation.
But a new study found that emissions from cooking may degrade the air quality outdoors as well.
"If you can smell it, there’s a good chance it’s impacting air quality," researchers with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Chemical Sciences Laboratory recently wrote about a new study looking at the "unrecognized and underappreciated sources of urban air pollution."

When I was a kid my mother would make cabbage rolls, and the brat that I was wauld say that smells like sh!t, but I would not consider that air pollution.

This is a replay of the second hand smoking hoax. Branding cooking and eating as pollution is going to be the justification for famine. The main tenet of the Great Reset is depopulation.
So we have to stop cooking food but instead eat little green squares issued by the government which claims they are full of protein but are actually ground grasshoppers and chopped cicadas.
Of course, the ruling elite will eat the finest of beef while we, indentured peasants, eat the green squares.

My mother in law used to make from scratch chicken and sausage gumbo. The kitchen smelled like roux all the time.

Yes. Good smells are very bad for the environment and need to be stopped.
Million sq/ft data mining centers chewing through terawatts of electricity each year are good for the environment and need to keep being built.
