In other words they were protecting their assets, by not divulging full information. That is why their spies are under detention for connections to 9/11. Or do you believe Israel over our government? Nuke 'em.

Treasured allies don't withold information about terrorist plots. Nor do their agents videotape the WTC in flames and laugh and make mocking comments. Israel is no friend of the US. They're no better than the Taliban. I say nuke 'em.

You need to get a clue.

FoxNews has already retracted the part about Israel 'withholding information' about anything.

So far this while story is much ado about nothing - I suspect some Arabists in the State Dept. want Israel to loses the phone co. contract.

The Israelis filming were never proved to be laughing and the only reason they were taken in for questioning is that some folks thought they were Arabs. LOL...

They have already been sent back to Israel.

Do you really beleive that the Jews are some kind of master race? If not, why the frothing, Taliban-type posts? If so, why not come right out and say it?

"Master race?" What a clever way of comparing me to Hitler! ("Taliban," too. It must be my lucky day.)

If you have the ability, quote something I wrote that was even remotely "frothing" or "Taliban-type." I quoted from the word of God. One of your friends responded by calling it "crap"; so, I defended it. Even if you have a problem with that, your comparing me to the Taliban looks awfully naive, Skinhead.

Seems to me that you have no loyalty to your own country.

Seems to me you have much larger problems, starting with a ridiculous lack of perception and/or a penchant for jumping to illogical and downright laughable conclusions.

"No" loyalty to my country? Are you stoned, or just FRetarded? You're the one who wrote, "[America was dumb enough to leave capturing the Al Qaeda soldiers up to the stupid Afghans] because America was afraid to take any casualties on the ground. We let our allies do all the dying." And, you call me the one with a loyalty problem?

Frankly, my loyalty is to God. Then, I put the Constitution ahead of the country, just as it ought to be. Over its history, some terrible things have been done in the name of what's "best for the country," with little or no regard for the Constitution. Had Algore succeeded in stealing the election, I would have at least flown Old Glory upside down; burning it was an option, too. If your little mind deems that "no loyalty," so be it. Meanwhile, I'm in total agreement with these guys.

They knew the date they didn't know the act because the hijackers themselves didn't know( watch the BL video the hijackers didn't know what they were doing till they got on the plane) the act the incompetent FBI didn't bust them however.

Several Arab leaders are now claiming they too warned us about the attacks. If anyone had real inside information, they would. 17 of the hijackers were Saudi Arabians, and some were Egyptians.

Phewwwww, thanks guys. I guess the pressure is off of me now.

I was just an ANTI-SEMITE, but ASPIDE here is a full blown SKINHEAD! And to set the record straight, I am not Mr. Aspide's friend, I have never met him. Although it sounds like I would agree with quite a bit of what he says.

So Mr. Newgeezer, watch who you lump me in with, as a self-respecting anti-semite I resent being lumped in with common SKINHEADS! Thank you.

Oh so now I'm a skinhead! LOL. That's original; almost as original as calling me an anti-semite. BTW: I'm glad that you admit your first loyalty is not to this country. Quoting Old Testament texts out of context doesn't cut much ice with me. (I'm not a self-hating premillenialist fundamentalist wannabe Jew). If you want to argue that we need to just lay back and take whatever Israel dishes out to us, then just come out and say it. Don't hide behind your Bible. It's unmanly. If you believe that the secular Jewish settler state of Israel is above any criticism, no matter how much they betray us, just say so.

You need to learn how to read, veronica. FOX has retracted nothing. Nothing at all.

I'm interested myself in just how much OUR OWN GOVERNMENT knew about the upcoming attack before 9/11...but you know, I doubt we'll get an answer to that one, either...

While I do not doubt that there are Israelis in America who are spying on our government (Pollard anyone?)

Of course we have Israeli spies in America.

We have lots of spies from other governments in America.

But the spies from the other governments normally don't afford dual-citizenship plans, allowing American citizens to become citizens of THEIR countries as well.

It makes it easier for Israel to have their government "spooks" hanging around here if same "spooks" can be both American AND Israeli citizens.

That has got to stop.

"No man can serve two masters."

That can well apply to those who are the rope in the national identity tug-of-war as well as choosing between God and worldliness.

I believe they did change aspects of the story after the first installment. Plus the reporter got some details wrong. Cameron focused on the company Amdocs, which he wrongly described as an “Israeli-based private telecommunications company.” In fact, Amdocs is not private, or as Cameron tried to imply, mysterious – it is a publicly held company that trades on the New York Stock Exchange with the symbol DOX.

It was just a friendly fire.

Think so?

You need to read up on it more.

The link above is put out by the survivors.

I invite you to study it.

Csmeron is a bloody STUPID nazi. His career is finished for writing such utter rubbish. Shame on Brit Hume.

A long forgotten and forgiven event which the Congress has just refused to look into - again.

It is not long forgotten and forgiven.

There are just many who wish it were. It makes some people uncomfortable for it to be discussed.

And as for them...too bad.

Would you appreciate it if people thought the killing of Jews in World War II should be "long forgotten and forgiven"?

Given how our nation has been used as a haven for terrorists of all stripes, undoubtedly including those who have or would like to hit Israel, can Israel be blamed for trying to keep tabs on these people?

I'm not blaming them for wanting to keep tabs.

But then, American citizens cannot be blamed if, with such issues as Mr. Pollard on the table, we don't appreciate the notion of even "friendly spies" prowling around here.

I think there's a well-known phrase regarding "good intentions"...?

One USS Liberty surviving member has a message on his website lamenting the hijacking of the event by Neo-Nazis and anti-Semites with an unsavory agenda.

Yes...and that same website laments as well the refusal of Israel AND the U.S. to come clean on why the Liberty was attacked in the first place.

There's never been any explanation.

And many high-ranking officials and people of good reputation have rejected the "friendly fire" excuse.

Bury this turkey already, will'ya? Ever heard of "friendly fire" concept?

And here's a link for you, too.

The survivors of the Liberty - plus others of good reputation and high official rank - have not been convinced that it was "friendly fire".

An intentional attack is not a "turkey" that should be buried.

On another note, I'm surprised this article escaped the FOX press room.

I'd like to know what explanation they'll come up with for letting this out of the bag to begin with.

There's a lot of flak to be had for attributing any wrongdoing whatsoever to Israel.

I'm sure there are lots of nervous news producers at Fox waiting for the ADL ax to fall on them.

If a couple of low-level off-the-cuff remarks from some commentator critical of Israel can set forth the "We Are Troubled" letter writing engine (and Brit Hume, who is supposed to be an objective news anchor, even getting his patties slapped for not scolding the critic)...imagine what's going into production now.
