I can't see the entire house, but I'd put it in the $500,000 rangeWow. I want to move to Sugarland. Here in Massachusetts you couldn't even find a house like that, much less afford it!

I've been trying for weeks to get in because I have a wonderful trivia question, and that line is constantly busy! But I do sing along with the theme song in my car. Loudly.

I smell a couple of cheesy rats and their names are Hillary Clinton and Tom Dashole and then of course their are those in the wall cockroaches like Joe Liberman, Al Gore that comes to mind as well, along with the corrupted workers of Enron Corporation! I could be wrong, but knowing how the demorats operate, wouldn't surprise me a bit! Any good opinions as to how this Enron corruption will turn out? Grassontop

Wow. I want to move to Sugarland. Here in Massachusetts you couldn't even find a house like that, much less afford it! Housing in the Houston area is a remarkable bargain. What some people pay in rent for lousy apartment in many places around the country will easily make a monthly payment on a house quite similar to what is pictured here.

For comparison purposes, Boyfriend and the livestock and I are paying $1,185 for a three-bedroom townhouse that's just over 1,700 square feet.
Jealous?

Lemmeeeesee, heah, folks. There's a .45 hole in the TOP of his skull, but he died in a plane crash. No grass in the shoes, but died in a park, by suicide, falling neatly on TOP of the gun hand without bleeding. Fell down in front of a train by accident, tied hand and foot. Incinerated due to "initiating fire" at the FBI. Shot by a trained sharpshooter while holding a baby in a doorway. Trained pilot, died in an unexplained plane crash. Died of 'heart condition' while in Federal prison waiting to testify against former Governor of Arkansas.
None of these fit this case?
Couldn't be a Clinton connection, then, could it???
Thank God. We need some OTHER crooks.

Clifford Baxter, James Watkins Both of these "suicides" are way too fishy.

Generally speaking, people like Watkins who are found with a bedsheet half-covering them and dead are involved in different sorts of activity than big-time financial scandals. The Denver story may REALLY shock the victim's family, but not because of large-dollar scams.

My gut tells me that it involves the 800+ offshore money holes such as "LJM" and "RAPTOR". When these huge sums of money get hidden, laundered and disappeared, Geez! So *this* is where all these twisted stories start!
Those *huge* sums of money didn't really exist - except on Enron's books! All those smaller companies where created then valued WAAAAAY beyond there *real* worth - giving Enron a HUGE financial appearance!
Geez!

This is about more than accounting and financial reporting practices. With the public accepting, less critically, an expanded role for government and the administration's high approval ratings, now is not a good time for a political scandal to increase the public's distrust of government, if there were a scandal.

Keeping facts straight: Andersen's Watkins last seen Nov 13th -- a bit before the current uproar.
