Sounds fair to me! They can follow me everywhere, videotape me all the time if they like. There's only one hazard involved: they'd die of boredom!

Your name isn't Gary Hart, is it?

and get rid of rude bumper stickers.

Like this?:

"My Kid Got Your Honor Roll Student Pregnant."

or like this?:

"What part of GET OFF MY A$$ don't you understand?"

Maybe because one was for private medical reasons, and the other for public entertainment.

Apples and oranges CS! It is a free country and civil disobedience has long been a freedom this country enjoys. If these people want to videotape from a public sidewalk there is nothing anyone can do about it. Why are you soooooooooo concerned??? Unless they are ashamed of their own behavior they should be proud to spend their bucks looking at naked young women, right??

Pray for GW and the Truth

I really don't want my kids reading this stuff. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.

If they go to public schools that's probably all they can read.

JUST KIDDING !!!!!

I have no problem of people seeing me. I do have a problem if my image is used for others to profit, without me being compensated. If my image is shot in a group of people, and a newscast uses that image as part of its newscast; that image helps that media outlet generate revenue by means of advertisement. I have in a small way helped that media company/person generate revenue, without any compensation.

I can't link to the source, it was a few months ago, but I remember reading that people photographing IRS employees' license tags were stopped by the police. Is there a law against that? Personally, I'd rather live near a strip club than an IRS office.

RE; post 30; Dream Girl; You nailed it to the wall.
I wish I live close by, I would go in just for support of the Juice bar.
In springfield Va, a few years ago, some busy bodies started picketing an Adult Book store
It was in the middle of the business district. the picketers were raising cain
The owner came out and told the news, they picket all they want,
especialy since there was a topless bar down the street.
Moral of the story don't force your morality on me, and I won't on you.

A few of his customers were upset because they didn't know what Sodemann intended to do with the pictures, Halbach said.

Why should they care? It should be ok with them if Sodemann publishes them on a Web site. What's the big deal if men want to look at nude juice?

Shalom.

Well hells bells! Get out a camera and video tape them right back. Hire a private investigator and follow these people around and video tape THEM during the course of their lives.

Fair's fair.

Shalom.

So I guess it would be OK for someone to sit outside the Sodemann's house and videotape them coming and going?

As long as they don't violate any property laws or infringe on said coming and going. Fair's fair.

Shalom.
