Parental Notification Laws regarding Gay & Lesbian Programs for Youths?

I know that there a Parental Notification laws that vary from state to state regarding a minor having an abortion. My question is, are there any that would require an organization that is offering programs for minors that concern their sexuality to notify the parent(s) first? I would personally throttle any person or organization that attempted to indoctrinate my kids into a Gay or Lesbian lifestyle. Are there any organizations out there that are trying to get laws passed that hold these people accountable for the harm they are causing the youth?

- ANYONE?

Just look at some of the links below and you will understand my concern.

Information About Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered and Questioning Youth

An increasing number of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning (GLBTQ) young people experience alienation by peers, rejection from family and friends, and derision by society at large. Home and school often lack the necessary resources to help GLBTQ youth with the fear and isolation they often face. Without support from their peers or allies, many are likely to find themselves confronted with HIV disease, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, homelessness, and suicide.

Yet, thousands of young people every year are coming out and developing pride in their identity. Having found new communities and direction, many are ready to reach out to their peers through support activities and community organizing. This has resulted in a growing national movement of GLBTQ young people speaking out about their experiences and demanding respect, rights, services and a voice in their schools and their communities. It has also resulted in a greater need for skills-building training and peer support.

The explosion of GLBTQ youth activism has created a great need for resources and institutional support. Youth activists are challenging adults to respond to their needs and concerns. They are asking for the tools required for them to develop as leaders and to be able to share organizing skills and issue-based knowledge with their peers. GLBTQ youth are building a movement - and they are asking NGLTF to help them to achieve their goals. NGLTF operates four programs to nurture and support youth activism:

NGLTF views this work as a critical component to realizing its mission of advancing equality and civil rights of GLBT persons and raising public awareness about issues that affect GLBT communities. NGLTF recognizes the necessity to provide institutional support to young people, and is committed to supporting the needs of GLBTQ youth and youth activists.

ARE THESE ACTIVITIES GOING ON TOTALLY UNCHECKED?????

Good point, K-man. I find it interesting that the left advocates selective law enforcement. Violation of laws enacted to prohibit Pro-Life advocates from praying too close to an abortion mill should, in their opinion, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sodomy laws, on the other hand, should be stricken from the books.

Let me think, which of the activities noted above pose the greatest threat to the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of members of our society?

    God Bless,

I'd just like to add, not all children who are molested become perverts but ALL homos WERE molested as children

I'd just like to add that this sweeping statement shows clearly that erizona is out of touch with reality, unless erizona can somehow prove that this statement is true in spite of testimony of many homosexuals who claim that they were not molested.

Well he must have done something to make you suspect.

Mostly rumours, and the impression that others had that his mannerism were just slightly more 'effeminate' than those of most men.

Nothing that he outright stated. His subject was world history, and that's what he discussed in the classroom.
