Who changed the font?

Change for the sake of change is the ideology of a cancer cell. The previous font was much easier to read.

These tiny sans serif fonts are pitiful.

Please bring back Times New Roman for article headers.

Whew.....I was worried that my eyes were going. Now I am just getting a headache squinting at the title font. :-(

That's the only thing I don't care for, because it is so much harder on my eyes, which are not good to begin with. I much prefer the other, New Times Roman, which is what they had, to the Arial, which is what they changed to. I also think the NTR is a much prettier font. And over-all effect makes the page less attractive.

I have eye problems too and haven't been happy with ANY of the improvements. The old typeface and format were much easer to read. And I think the old FR was easier to navigate. I also liked having each post bump thread to the top....that way, you could see what the hot issues of the day were quite easily. The longer headline bar on right side is the only real improvement IMO. All the rest is sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Not good is an understatement. I'd be very happy if FR could just look (and act) like THIS again.

I'm finding that with this new "segmented" format on FR, I have to work harder to find interesting articles, where before they were all on one forum. And I still find more current Breaking News on Drudge, etc. Hence, I spend less and less time on FR since the Big Change. Perhaps my addiction to FR has been broken at last.

I like it. If it's too small buy a bigger monitor. :-) It looks fine on my 21 inch ViewSonic! Personally, I liked the major changes made a week or so ago, then they backed 'em off. Sigh.
