Thank you for your rather more polite words. Your offsider does tend to descend into potty-mouthed foaming sometimes, but I forgive him his frothing in that oh-so patronising and paternalistic manner you have come to expect form those of us on the other side of the aisle.

;-)

spent to much time in universities already

,,, I'm a high school dropout. I stayed long enough in school though to learn that too is the word to use in that context.

Whatever you're path, remember, if Tim Barnett can get into Parliament, you can two!

For the public good, and more specifically your own.

,,, yep, you're a politician already!

Havent we had this conversation before? The one where I leave out a letter or something because I dont bother editing my posts because its not an essay or a letter to the editor or anything really important, and then you pull me up for it while completely ignoring the substance of the issue (I note that no one has defended Rodney Hide yet, suprise surprise). Really Shags, its makes you come across as callow, like those folks who slammed Dan Quayle for mispelling 'potato' instead of taking the time to slam him for his more substantive failings, ie being a tool.

,,, I think Saint Rodney's high profile in matters like realigning the level of "service" from the IRD lets him off the hook on balance. Every dog has it's day. Can't say ACT and it's MPs are perfect but they're way beyond being the best of a bad bunch. Get in there and make a stand for a cause thru a political Party. Keep your nose clean and rise thru the ranks. This country needs a lot less apathy and no matter how misguided you are Blunder, you're not a victim of apathy - I'll give you that.

Is that transsexual person still the top dictator down there?

At the swearing-in ceremony, the Parliment (or whatever it is) all sang: "For She's A Jolly Good Fellow..."

I kid you not.

,,, watch this space. Things ain't as rosey for her right now as she'd like them to be. She's not a happy camper. If her and her losers retain power after the election I guarantee it won't be by the margin she had last time.
