Well golly gee whillikers...after I made you look completely foolish last night by pointing out all of your inconsistencies, I just assumed you didn't want to play anymore.

Because you really scared me by saying that you'd been on FR for four whooooole years. Every word you say must be treated as gospel, obviously.

People can work with whatever they want to work with...facts, speculation, questions, whatever. Becasue actually, the only real, incontrovertible fact we have is that Elizabeth is missing. It hasn't been -proven- yet that Ricci had anything to do with it (although he probably did), we don't have a -definite- description of the kidnapper, and we really don't even have a concrete account of what really happened that night, based on the fact that MK's story changed a couple of times (understandable).

That terminology--"piece of the puzzle"--has been used repeatedly by Dinse & Co. This is sounding more and more like a group endeavor. Picture three or four ex-cons sitting around trying to figure out how to make a big score. Kidnapping for ransom! They already have one member who's been inside those big houses up on the Avenues. He can lay out the plan and go in; someone else will be the wheelman; one or two others will keep the girl in a cabin they have in the woods. Remember those loser kidnappers in "Fargo"? A family member (the husband) put them up to it.

There is still that nagging question: could one of the Smart brothers be involved somehow? The queer duck Tom? Could he have gotten in over his head with gambling debts?
