Meaning that you think, I guess, if pople have money, they can't commit crimes. And as I pointed out last night, if Susan Smith had NOT been behind the crime, you wouldn't have called her a loser, and would probably hail her as a great mother. Or...Heaven Forbid, was it this one:

All over the TV, the Salt Lake Tribune (I believe) even reported that the NE was withdrawn from the shelves in Utah
(very odd).

This guy Ricci, bad guy and all, but I don't see anything in his record about Children - nothing. It looks like they're eliminating the usual suspects, which, of course, they have to do.

The guy cooperated from what I understand - give him a polygraph and the police will know the results in minutes.
I am skeptical.

I did not mean the story that MK -told- the police...I meant the story that -involved- her. As in this fact that was stated on FOXNEWS.com: "On Tuesday, police changed a key detail in the case. Their initial report, which they say was based on secondhand accounts, stated that Mary Katherine had been threatened by the kidnapper to keep quiet about the abduction. They now say that Mary Katherine, who was in the same bed as Elizabeth, feigned sleep during the abduction and overheard the threat addressed to Elizabeth."

Please, please... point out the line where the story you quoted says she changed her story as you have claimed repeatedly.

Just getting back. OK, if that's the case, that nobody is ever exonerated, then the posters that have doubts about the Smart family have a valid arguement. If the LE won't say that the NE article was false{it was attributed to a leak from them}then why should it be claimed to be false? Did LE want the story out there for some reason? The Smart family saying it is untrue won't be believed by those who think it is. It just seems cruel to me for LE not to say it's false if it is. I don't think I'm making sense!!
