The Mexican Spotted Owl's hoots do not sound like: who-who-who, but quién-quién-quién.

There is no difference between the Mexican Spotted Owl and the Spotted Owl of the Northwest. They are the same species. Obviously the Mexican spotted owl doesn't need "old growth forests" to live. But the enviro wackos will never admit that because then the terrible, nasty lumbermen will start cutting trees cown and reducing lumber costs.

What makes the MEXICAN SPOTTED OWL different from a regular Owl ?
The Mexican owl has a Mexican Accent, a faint mustache, greased back feathers, where's a Sombrero, drinks tequila, and prefers hot sauce on his rodents with a side of refried beans.
Depending on where he lives, he may also have pneumatic shocks in his nest.

The Mexican Spotted Owls, known as Tio Joses and Tia Juanitas are here illegally from Mexico.
They live in free spotted owl housing, and our native spotted owls are forced to "donate" 33% of the food they find to feed the Mexican Spotted Owls.
The Tio Jose and Tia Juanita owls have bilingual Owl translators for them and their school children.
Gray Davis has registered them to vote for him in this up coming election in Kali this November.
