(Malvo is going to Juvenile court first. They shouldn't even bother. Just hang the guy!!

Reminds me of an old saying: "First we'll give him a fair trial, then we'll hang him.")

"We'll hang him tomorrow after the trial".

Yeah saw that episode last night. Weird, couldn't figure out if they were trying to make a statement on the death penalty or not.

This is great. Doomed by their own hand. I would prefer an old American Indian form of execution, I forget the tribe, reserved for hated enemies. The victim is staked out and all the women and children gather sticks no bigger than their thumbs. Them they commence to beating. The sticks aren't big enough the knock you out. You are beaten to death and never loose conscious.

August 2002 - There may have been a Carribean newspaper saying Muhammad was seen in Antigua in August 2002. (We can no longer find it - plus Antigua reports don't always appear reliable).

Here are a few Antigua links I was able to dig up...

Brian Gonsalves, Antigua's director of internal security, said authorities never found a connection between Reid and the island. But he said authorities need to look into the matter because Muhammad was on the island in 2000 and 2001. "There's a possibility, even though it may be far-fetched," Gonsalves said…
Antigua's immigration office had no record of Muhammad's departure. Nelson said he saw him last in March.
Click here, then click on the Washington Post story.
You won't have to sign up or log in.

Muhammad came to Antigua on May 20, 2001, with three children from his failed second marriage, according to Col. Clyde Walker, Antigua's chief immigration officer.
John Lee Malvo, the 17-year-old who also was charged in the sniper attacks, was living in Antigua at the time with his mother, Una James…
Antiguan neighbor says sniper suspect touted aim (JOHN ALLEN MUHAMMAD)

Documents released last week indicated that Mr. Muhammad might have fraudulently obtained an Antiguan passport that was issued to him on July 4, 2000. The documents showed that he obtained a passport because his mother, Eva Ferris, was born in Antigua. However, Maxine Allen, Mrs. Ferris's daughter and a newscaster on Observer Radio here, has said her family has no relation to Mr. Muhammad.
Focus on Antigua Passport (John Allen Muhammad)

John Lee Malvo, 17, was arrested at a rest stop in Frederick County, Md., and is one of two suspects in recent sniper attacks that have left 10 individuals dead and three wounded. Lee County school officials confirm that a teenager named Lee Boyd Malvo attended Cypress Lake High (Florida) from Aug. 13 to Oct. 16, 2001, and authorities presume that individual is the same person arrested Thursday….
Malvo and Muhammed are believed to have rented a home at 2510 Broadway in Fort Myers from owner Antoine Eveque.

"He told me he could get passports, any type of papers, and that he could get people into America," said Randy Nelson, a 35-year-old supermarket manager and barbershop owner who was a neighbour of Muhammad…
Although Muhammad's passport was issued in 2000, Antiguan officials said he first arrived on the island in May last year. They had no record of his departure. Nelson said he last saw him in March.
Sniper suspect sold fake passports, ran immigration scam

Dunno if that helps.

Malvo will stay in adult detention.

Prosecutor said Malvo was seen in Manassas County and another county starting with the letter P.

Seen on route 66 20 minutes after Linda Franklin was shot.

Malvo's fingerprints on the 223.

Fairfax Prosecutor:Robert F. Haron-----Lee Malvo

Fair trial, free press rule.

Malvo in his attempt to escape, fell through the ceiling two offices down from where he started, heading toward the exit.

Mohammad's fingerprints not on rifle.

Mother of Malvo at this time possibly in Bellingham,Wa, and FBI is looking for her to serve her papers regarding Malvo's incarceration.

This woman has immigration problems, I know.
But the fact that she has not come forward makes me believe she may be dead.
There was a report that Mohammad battled her for her son.
If she cared enough for him to go to the northwest to try to get him back (as was reported previously),it is hard to believe she would not come forward for him now unless she could not.

I read somewhere earlier this week that she was heldup at the Agape shelter in Bellingham, Wa. hidding out.

We should know something today, the FBI is presently enroute to present her with papers regarding Malvo since he is considered a minor.

Mohammad's fingerprints not on rifle.

_______________________________________________________

Mohammad wore gloves:

1)gloves when he repaired cars.

2)glove left at the crime site of the shooting of the 13 year old matched glove found in chevy caprice.

If the gloves do or don't fit, the hell with the possiblility to accquit.

The following was in an article from the Jamaica Observer dated Oct 26, 2002

Title: Sniper Boy Jamaica

http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/news/html/20021025t000000-0500_34180_obs_sniper_boy_jamaican.asp

But Antiguans who saw Muhammad's face on cable television claimed to have seen him on the island in recent months.

Samuir Doumith, who manages Antigua Home Office Depot, on Old Parham Road, just outside St John's, believed he saw Muhammad in his store as recently as two months ago.

"He asked about rattan furniture," Doumith was quoted as saying.

Employees of one local bank recall him doing business at their branch, but said there was nothing suspicious about him.

Can we kill them 14 times? Please?

We need to find one of those sarcaphuguses they use on Stargate SG-1.
