Good point. Killing ALL of them would be akin to having killed everyone in Germany and Japan, which would have been genocidal. Of course, it would suffice to kill merely a great number of them, with the focus on those being in proximity of their leaders, which is a time-tested technique for success.

NO, actually, it contains a lot more passages in which Christianity is spoken of in a positive light, than the Bible has passages painting Islam in a positive light.

Sorry to be rebumping this thread, but do you think the Bible not have anything positive OR negative to say about Islam is because it was completed about 500 years before the founding of Islam?
