Nope, Spain is not on the list. Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Lebanon, Lybia, Saudi Arabia, France and Germany.

On your mark...I would have to put this in the "get set" catagory. Didn't the Senate have a closed door session yesterday with Rummy?

I see our feds are playing the ole game - "keep the enemy confused". It's a good game. There are at least two threads on FR that Britain and US are considering giving the inspectors more time. We report - you decide.

Good friend works for CNN in Atlanta. All vacations have been cancelled. People are informed that they should expect to work 12-hour days starting within 2 weeks.

'Hummmm....next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting........yes indeedy...'And the least productive I would imagine.

guess I need to revise my guess of Feb. 18th. Maybe we (U.S.) don't want to wait for the grade "B" to be given to the Iraqi's, and for the inspectors to continue...with some public support eroded, it seems that Bush may want to act sooner rather than later...

Hummmm....next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting........yes indeedy... It's time to start keeping tabs on the Domino's Pizza delivery orders on Capitol Hill and the Pentagon.
To: rumrunner
There's nothing new on the US State Dept website yet about this.

This apparently was a very quick warning.
There are no new warnings up on their web site. The last general warning was in November 20, 2002. (Link to the latest State Department Travel Warnings)
We have some friends who just recently told their daughter that they would send her to England for this semester. She was really poed, but her dad who is a pilot who does a lot of international air travel told her to wake up and wait. I just emailed her parents this article.
