Hi, Taxman. I learned I would be able to enter the exhibit hall free of charge on Friday. My wife and I were lying around the house on Saturday morning trying to determine whether or not we'd make the drive over to Crystal City, VA (from the Annapolis, MD) area when the Columbia tragedy occurred. We ended up staying in front of the television for the rest of the day (and not just because I work at NASA Goddard). It was a sad day in our house with my prayers said.

Thanks for the great pics, Exit148. It was good, as always, to see you again, and we are glad you were able to FReep with us at CPAC again this year.

I'd like to bring everyone's attention to the "mock hippie WAR necklace" that VoC is wearing in the group shot at the FR booth. I wore it throughout the entire CPAC, much to the amusement of many and the consternation of some. VoC is wearing it in this photo because had I kept it on, no one would have been able to see it in the photo.

To answer your questions in advance, I bought it in DaNang, RVN in 1966. It is made from 105/155 mm howitzer brass that the South Vietnamese collected and made into such useful trinkets as brass elephants, candlesticks and "mock hippie WAR necklaces."

It served me well int he events surrounding the Jan. 18 ANSWER protests here in WDC and at CPAC. It probably will serve me well again at the next counter ANSWER rally I attend!

Terry McAwful with Diotima & Libertina. Photography by Exit 148.

He really does make the perfect used car salesman. Put him next to an old junker, and it would look just right. Maybe with a "donate to the DNC" sign or something hanging off the car.
He's kinda tacky.

Nice pictures. Great job. You folks deserve one Atta boy, and one atta girl.

"MAC-AULIFFE!!"
(To be sung to Hank Williams, Jr.'s version of his daddy's song, "KAW-LIGA!!")

McAuliffe is a two-bit minion grovellin' fer RAT's Whores!!
He sold his Soul to Ol' Slick Willie...sold Chi-Coms OUR Guns of War!!
MAC-AULIFFE!! OOOOOOOOOHHH!! Grinnin' there as if Right doesn't know...
FReepers demand answers...you gotta go!!

T-Mac always wore his pin-striped suits and pissed good folks off a lot...
That Traitor stole from Union folks and smoked way too much pot!!
MAC-AULIFFE!!! OOOOOOOHHH!!! Too corrupt to ever do what's Right...
Because yer heart is stained from constant lyin'!!

(CHORUS)
IN-DICT McAuliffe...Equal Justice demands this!!
CON-VICT McAuliffe...'Tis in Prison he shall live!!
Is it any wonder that Slick's face is red...
McAuliffe, yer Party's good as dead!!

McAuliffe is a lowly minion...Sheeple just don't care.
His fate is fixed to the Clinton Traitors but the Voters ain't aware!!
MAC-AULIFFE!!! OOOOOOOOOOHHH!! In yer trial evidence'll grow...
Right'll make sure, then, the Sheeple know.

Then one day that Winnick shyster bought the Indian maid
And took her, oh, so far away, but young McAuliffe stayed
MAC-AULIFFE!! OOOOOOOOOHHH!! Punk stole from Winnick's Global Crossing...
And wishes he was still McLowlife's Scheme.

(CHORUS)
IN-DICT MAC-AULIFFE!! Equal Justice demands this!!
CON-VICT MAC-AULIFFE!! In a prison cell he shall live!!
Is it any wonder that Left's face is red...
MAC-AULIFFE...RAT Party's good as dead!!!

Me and the Missuz were married nine years ago today at the St. John's Church on Church Hill in Richmond, VA...the same church wherein Patrick Henry gave his famous "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death" speech. Any role that this thread can play in the Inevitable Indictment of DNC Chairman Terrence "The Punk" McAuliffe is dedicated to my partner-fer-life.

Anybody else out there got Terry McAuliffe's Home Address on their Rolodex?!

I saw Carville in Philly. He was up on top near the skyboxes being used by the networks.

Not surprisingly, he had his back to the wall. ;-)

I was walking with Karl Rove---when Karl saw him, he started joking around with him. He stood in front of Carville, held out his arms and said, "Don't worry, James, I'll protect you!"

True story.

Perhaps as they get older and wiser, the Young Republicans piloting skills will improve?

And, I was teasing you back. Navy pilots are outFReepingstanding at a lotta things, flying being only one of their "skills!" LOL!

I agree with you that gloating over a (well, most -- some people need killing. See, for example, Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mussolini, Idi Amin, Saddam Hussein, etc., etc.) person's death is not a proper Christian reaction.

Shaking hands is symbolic of "I mean you no harm." Some of these people mean to do us great harm, and I can see no good reason to give them the satisfaction that we mean them no harm. I mean to harm them, metaphorically speaking, of course.

For example, when Horowitz was a Leftist activist, I would not have shaken his hand -- I would have "dissed" him as effectively as I could. Now that he is one of us, so to speak, I have shaken his hand, and am proud that he has seen the light and has become one of us.

In the case of Crassville and McAwful, if they in the future were to renounce their evil ways, demonstrate that they respect the Constitution and the American people, I would probably shake their hand. Capisce?

Finally, I mean to destroy the LIEberal/Socialist/Marxists Bastards! I mean to destroy the notion that "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need" is a legitimate governing philosophy.

For starters!

"Shaking hands is symbolic of "I mean you no harm." "

Yeah, my boyfriend and I were discussing that. Because I thought that wasn't true. And he said it used to be. And then we both decided it still is, and that I'm too young and uncivilized to know that.

You may be right. :)

?? You mean he would "protect him" from Freepers? LOL -- I love how the leftists feign fear. Like Lanny Davis did at the Sean Hannity book signing. We're the patriots, we're the ones that *support* law and order, and yet it's like they *want* to think we're violent crazies because it's partg of their stereotype of any loyal Republican.

You are absolutely correct, agitator. The Shrew and The Glaswegian worked tirelessly and diligently throughout the entire three days of the CPAC meeting.

They worked so hard doing interviews, they may just have had more phun than anyone else there!

Thanks, guys, ya done good!
