High-tech analysis of the video recently released by Iraq has allowed me to conclusively identify the body-double portraying Saddam Hussein:

Fox just reported that Saddam does not like to wear his glasses... because he feels they make him look weak. (snicker) Normally he reads off of LARGE print cards, but in the video he was reading from a notebook.
