At no time did I say, nor do the catechisms say that one can "assume" his sins forgiven, no did I say (nor do the catechisms) say "ergo, there is no need for confession".Never said you did. I was quoting your "new" catechism and it states that, "Communion with the Body and Blood of Christ increases the communicant's union with the Lord, "forgives his venial sins, and preserves him from grave sin."
My only interpretation is that "grave" can imply "mortal". Now, you can put your New Order spin on it however you like, but I won't buy it.
You catechism is full of error and it's leading souls to hell.
