Admin Mod — as you can see by the link, the original title of this thread did not have the added [.....] statement added in. Please can you restore the title to the original title in the article?
This whole idea is total BS, and anyone who calls for it should be jailed for sedition at best.

Might I propose a compromise? It would leave the words added by the poster of this thread as they are and at the same time would ensure greater clarity and accuracy in the title.
I suggest the word "two" be placed between the words "How" and "Catholic". The "two" of course, being the author of this schema and the owner of the blog from which it was lifted.
The title would therefore become ...."How Two Catholic Monarchists view the rest of us Americans".
That would succinctly convey the fact that this is a non story and a total waste of space. At the same time it would remove the ambiguity that there is some sort of Catholic monarchist insurrection brewing, which could be construed from the headline as it stands.
I don't know who is worse, the dolts who sit in their parents basements advocating this kind of thing or those who take it seriously enough to think we need to be warned about it. I mean, come on, a monarchy of any sort?
I guess some people can't focus on deep thoughts like "The Bestselling Rapture Doctrine", the "Self-Election to Perfection Doctrine", or the "New Age Is The Rage Doctrine", when they think someone, in a basement somewhere, might be plotting to make them shovel out the the stables and scrub the wooden floors of the castle.

Thank you - and I agree with you wholeheartedly. I'm surprised, frankly, at the number of Catholics on FR who can't/won't make a similar statement! IMO a functional, constitutional representative republic is the best form of government over any country, at any time in history, and I would think anyone possessing American citizenship would be saying the same.
The group that Alex belongs to also thinks that the “rapture” is a joke and that Pentecostals, Methodists, Baptists, Lutherans etc. are heretics and/or follow a “satanic gospel”. This group’s doctrine preaches hatred of all us Christians.

Cronos, you are evidently not an American. Free Republic is pro-Constitution meaning this U.S. Constitution, pro-individual liberty and so on. Such things are obviously not compatible with monarchism, i.e. Declaration of Independence.

Actually, thanks for the heads up on the book. I haven't run across it and know nothing about Catholic prophecy.
Don't hold your breath. Unless an article is labeled as a Caucus it's open season on Catholics and Mormons around here.
