DNA and The Book of Mormon Explained full-length video
FAIR MORMON ^ | Published on Feb 18, 2013

Miraculous claims surrounding the coming forth of the Book of Mormon are an evidence of the prophetic calling of Joseph Smith. Critics intent on discrediting the Restoration point to DNA studies on indigenous American peoples in an attempt to expose Joseph, the Book of Mormon, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as frauds. Claiming that scientific evidence excludes any possibility that Middle Eastern or ancient Jewish travelers came to the Americas in antiquity, such critics attempt to sow seeds of doubt in the minds of Latter-day Saints and those of other faiths concerning the authenticity of the Book of Mormon as an ancient religious text.

Are these studies credible? Do the data actually show what the critics claim? Do they discredit the Book of Mormon, or is there biological and other scientific evidence that supports the claims that it is indeed an ancient record of a people that once inhabited the Americas?

The Foundation for Apologetic Information and Research (FAIR) interviews scholars and scientists to answer these important questions and reveals the faith-affirming truth that not only are the critics' conclusions and methods flawed, but that there is credible scientific evidence in favor of the Book of Mormon as an ancient religious text.

RM the name she has chosen to use is an insult and offensive to me as a Christian..

it is a pejorative meaning that her Mormon leader Joseph Smith “restored” the Bride of Christ, (the church) after my LORD and Savior Jesus Christ supposedly lost, dropped or misplaced her, the Bride, for many centuries and there was no church on Earth for all those years (a lie right from the pits of Hell of course)...

One of the reasons I shortened the name to a cute nickname I could stomach is that every time I see her whole name-of-choice I feel sick and affronted when I realize it is meant as a slap in the face to my God, the LORD Jesus Christ, Christianity as a whole, and to me as a Christian..

Thank you for understanding..

I wont use any nickname for this FReeper..

Tennessee Nana, or Nana, of TNNana or whatever..

Keep trying to do a straw man or put words into my mouth but I never contradict the RM Elsie when I szaid prefer LDS to being Mormon had nothing to do with your coy remark.

#346 was not about calling me Resty when I made that statement it was about calling LDS all those other untruths so I made lite of it. If it is the worst you do to us is call names so be it. You certainly don’t believe in religious freedom for only those who like. At least the Calvinist had a heart.

Don’t blame me because none of you don’t listen to the RM instructions.

I remain neutral in this it is the RM Call.

The term “Mormon” is not a pejorative and refers to a belief group collectively.

I would prefer you go there than to Hell where you’re bound unless you repent and be born again..

The LORD Jesus Christ said to (you) “You must be born again” John 3:7

Not all many agree to disagree maybe most FR Calvinist don’t feel that way as you do!

Meaning they might not like our doctrine, but they would defend the right to our religion.

Not yell out to the mob to cheer them to hang them!
