DNA and The Book of Mormon Explained full-length video
FAIR MORMON ^ | Published on Feb 18, 2013

Miraculous claims surrounding the coming forth of the Book of Mormon are an evidence of the prophetic calling of Joseph Smith. Critics intent on discrediting the Restoration point to DNA studies on indigenous American peoples in an attempt to expose Joseph, the Book of Mormon, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as frauds. Claiming that scientific evidence excludes any possibility that Middle Eastern or ancient Jewish travelers came to the Americas in antiquity, such critics attempt to sow seeds of doubt in the minds of Latter-day Saints and those of other faiths concerning the authenticity of the Book of Mormon as an ancient religious text.

Are these studies credible? Do the data actually show what the critics claim? Do they discredit the Book of Mormon, or is there biological and other scientific evidence that supports the claims that it is indeed an ancient record of a people that once inhabited the Americas?

The Foundation for Apologetic Information and Research (FAIR) interviews scholars and scientists to answer these important questions and reveals the faith-affirming truth that not only are the critics' conclusions and methods flawed, but that there is credible scientific evidence in favor of the Book of Mormon as an ancient religious text.

As far as I know no one is going to hell no matter how ornery they get

You might think that but that’s not what God says in His Bible..

It pays to read the Bible for yourself...

there is a Hell and more people will go to Hell than to heaven..

the Lord said in my Father house are many mansions so there must be a place for the ornery...
______________________________________

it depends on what you mean by ornery..

The LORD Jesus Christ was ornery by your lights..

however there is no place in the Biblical place that Jesus referred to in John 14:2 for the likes of your Joseph Smith or Brigham Young or any Mormon who does not repent of their sins and get saved...

that would by your own words and confession include yourself...

Meaning they might not like our doctrine, but they would defend the right to our religion.

Its the Mormons who don’t believe in Hell and don’t believe in the Lake of Fire..

Calvinists have no trouble believing in Hell..

but your Calvinist friends aren’t in these threads...

and if they were really your friends they would tell you to come out of that cult you got yourself tangled up in...

This is coo coo it was the Christians who tarred and feathered the saints not the other way around...

Tried to force poison down JS throat. having over 200 trump up charges in a 20 life years span, talk about hateful and than ended up trapping JS and his brother in a Jail, and don’t wait for the Law, just let raging hate take over and murder the prophet and brother. Yeah they had one gun a few bullets among the four of them woopi doo.

It was the Christian mobocracy that drove the Saint out of their home in the dead of winter, and they were the first to massacre the saints at Haun’s mill, way before MMM ever occurred, and this was not sanction by our leaders, but someone who disobey and took things upon themselves.

Out of 184 years just really who are the trouble makers?

This is coo coo it was the Christians who tarred and feathered the saints
____________________________________

actually it was the Mormons who tarred and feathered Joey Smith

1. for having sex with the 15 year old Nancy Marinda Johnson ..that’s child rape y’all...

Smith had been stalking the poor girl since the year before 1831 when she was 14 or even as young as 13..

her father and brother and some other Mormon men just didn’t seem to understand Smith was entitled to any woman he pleased to leer at..

and it was a Mormon doctor who was going to castrate the adulterer Smith for his continual sexapades amongst their wives and daughters..

yes youre right its a pity the doctor didn’t go through with it..

If Smith had been castrated in 1832 he wouldn’t have raped children and stolen other men’s wives any more..

2. for his adulterous affair with 16 year old Fanny Alger which started in 1831..eventhough Smith was preaching so called righteousness and virtue to the rest of the men..

3. for fleecing his followers..

this was before they moved to Kirkland where smith really went to town stealing and cheating his Mormons with phony $3 notes and a banking scam....

but he still had an early pyramid scheme going on the smallish side because he didn’t have that many followers at yet..but they still felt the pinch..

4. Smith was demanding that his Mormon followers sign over all their property and money to him and he would control it..he was strong arming them into this “protection money” scheme..

anyhoo the men involved were all Mormons known to Smith and the next day Sunday they all attended the religious services where Smith stared them down, gave them dirty looks and preached at them...

Now that must have been some morning

LOL
