You Bet!

And it can’t be far off.

Just one point:

Sola Scriptura is not just a reformed protestant belief; it is the heart of Paul’s ministry, and the reason why he had to be the true 12th apostle.

And that ‘Mary’ being not the mother of Yeshua, but the “Queen of Heaven,” and “Mother of God,” Easter, the mother of Tammuz, whose 40 days they recognize every spring.

In my recent studies in Revelation, I’m struck with this theme we see so often throughout the book, “the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ,” or variations of it. Sure sounds like sola scriptura to me! Our testimony, or witness, of Jesus Christ, does not derive from the magisterium at Rome, it comes from the word of God.

But even you would likely agree, it is not just the scriptures, but His Spirit guiding your spirit in and through the scriptures, so it isn’t ‘sola’ by a long stretch.

The Catholic Church is an apostasy having no relation to the ekklesia Christ instituted.

Yeah, I was in one of the ekklesia cathedrals in Rome just after I visited St Peter's....amazing....

deluded followers to believe they drink the LITERAL blood of Jesus The Christ, in contradiction to direct command from God to ALL the generations.

Unless you eat of the flesh of the son of man and drink of his blood, you shall not have life within you....

Whqat part of that confuses you???

Well, He opened MY eyes, and a few others around here too. Maranatha.

Somebody did, I doubt that it was God....He never goes back on His word. :-)

I am not confused: John 6:62 "What then if you see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before? 63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

Jesus gave the hermeneutical guide right there. Catholics are confused that they are told Jesus demands a catholic eat Him and drink Him so the catholic can expel Him out through the drought. Jesus said the words are spirit and are life, that the bread and wine profit nothing to the flesh

What appears blasphemous to a catholic in the following assertion from the catechism? ... ' The Priest brings the Christ down out of Heaven to be truly real and substantially present as body, blood, soul and divinity to be placed as victim on the catholic altar '

**There is ONLY one Way to Jesus Christ, His mom: The Virgin Mary, The Blessed Virgin Mary, The Blessed Mother, Mother of God, Immaculate Mary, Saint Mary, Holy Mary, Holy Virgin, Our Lady, The Madonna, Notre-Dame, Queen of Heaven, Our Lady of the Snows And that is what the Catholic Church TEACHES.

No it doesn't...

These vagaries of catholicism are contradictory to what the Bible teaches. They are the ‘traditions’ fabricated by men of the catholic church over the centuries. Or alternately the consensus fabrications from the Magisteeringthem of catholic bishops.

...shall not prevail against IT.

(i.e., it the church not you, Peter).

Couldn’t be clearer.

Good attempt at parsing though... The simplest of statements can be twisted in today’s world.

Catechism paragraph 969: ...Taken up to Heaven she did not lay aside this saving office but by her manifoldintercessions continues to bring us the gifts of eternal salvation ... Therefore the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Helper, Benefactoress, and mdiatrix.

Don't catholics ever read the catechism? with a demingoddess in their religion, you would think they would read about her demigoddesshood.

You are right. He never goes back on His word. This must be the only thing we have ever agreed upon. It must be a historic occasion. Praise God for those Navigators. They got my curiosity up, so I started reading the DR Bible that I had never cracked open. After reading that DR Bible, the scales fell from my eyes. I was not blind anymore. It was a beautiful thing.

People can play their silly little word games. I will have none of it. I have people to preach to. All I want to know is, when the stuff hits the fan, when the rubber meets the road, when we get down to the gut issues of life. I just want to know where people plan to spend eternity.

There are millions of people out there, that will be in for a shockingly rude awakening, as they expect to go to Heaven, but are bound hand and foot, and cast into outer darkness, where there will be weeping snd gnashing of teeth. Not you, me, or anyone should be in THAT group, and if they find themselves on the outside looking in, that's on them. No one need go there, and Gamecock is watching me like a hawk, to make sure I don't slip back into my old ways. Thanks GC.

Is that a yes or a no?

That is a "No; I don't do rabbit trails."

It is a "Yes; the Scripture PROVES the Catholic position is unsustainable."

...who would you estimate are the wheat of Revelations?

Good luck; as I've been waiting a LONG time for and answer to, "Who are the Dead in Christ?"
