No, God doesn’t NEED man, but as the Creator who loves man, he dent Jesus to bridge the gap between God and man. So God initiated the relationship even though he didn’t need it.

I wonder if the pope feels pressure to be politically correct all the time because of the funding. Catholic Charities in the USA receives billions of taxpayer dollars from our government. Much of the funding is for placing immigrants and refugees.
The deal with the funding they receive from our government is that they not discuss their faith. What kind of a deal is that? Catholic Charities performing services where they’re not allowed to talk about their faith? That wouldn’t work for me and my faith.
They’ve received $billions and $billions from our government. My guess is that other international bodies and politically correct groups provide a lot of funding too.
