The Revelation of Jesus Christ says that there will be a “Great Sign in the Heavens” and give a description of that “sign” in terms that are readily interpreted in terms of long standing constellations. Modern star charting software says that the sign will actually happen, as specified, on September 23-24, 2017.

Biblical scholars who didn’t have star charting software, interpreted it as a “mid-Tribulation” event because it is in Chapter 12, the middle of the Book. However, it is the first “timing” verse in the Book, so it could be at or near the start of the Tribulation.

So if it is a marker for the start of Daniel’s Seventieth Week, then the revealing of the Anti-Christ by his CONFIRMING a covenant wit many, is still in the future. On the other hand, the Iran Deal did have secret side deals that we don’t know about, and Obama could be the Anti-Christ.

The point is that since it has been about 6000 years (or 6 days) since Elohim’s Salvation Plan started, and since it has been about 2000 years (or 2 days) since the final scattering of the Jews, and since they are now returning to the Promised Land, and every nation is arrayed against Israel, and Jerusalem is a great stumbling block, and morality is approaching the levels of Sodom, it is not going to be much longer until He returns.

There might be a great sign in heaven but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the 7 year pact is signed along with it. Most people won’t notice nor have interest in how the constellations are placed...most people will see them as just stars. That one is not in the star charting software, but the Vatican thinks it is coming. They funded a big, binocular infrared telescope here in Arizona, and they originally called it Project Lucifer, but now they just call it “Luci”.

Even before the “main evil one comes” I think we’ll see a general period of increased demonic activity. Christ speaks of, in Mark that many will be false prophets and antichrists performing false wonders and signs prior to the main Earth shattering events to come upon the Earth. Some folks have reported such signs and such people already starting to pop up here and there. When it all starts to happen, it will be like rapid dominoes though, not like one event and then maybe months pass before the next event...it will be like trumpet, bowls and vials....bip. bip, bap! The people on Earth at that time won’t have a chance to collect their breath before the next major event occurs. It will be so bad that what ever people are left(not counting the winepress of God’s wrath at Armegeddon) won’t be allowed to die or suicide themselves....death flees away!

I suspect, though can’t verify of course- that nuclear plants may play a major role in the end times too as the earth shakes and the plants break apart-

I also suspect that oil wells will also play a part as sea floors are ripped open and oil wells leak their contents into the ocean on a massive scale (the bible talks about death of 1/3 of fishes i believe? Some also claim algae blooms will be massive during this time too)- land wells, and untapped underground sources of oil will be ripped open, causing massive contamination of ground water.

Just some speculations of course- but it wouldn’t surprise me if a source for survival, oil, was used against mankind in the end-

Satan drew a third of all the angels to his side when he rebelled against God. The dragon is of course a world government embodied by Satan, probably out of Rome(the city of seven hills) supported by the rulers of the principle 10 politico/economic regions of the Earth who will try to interrupt the plans of God to set up his kingdom upon the Earth thru Jesus Christ. This is the same Christ who shall the nations with an iron rod out of Jerusalem. “The Earth”, perhaps forces or peoples opposed to the evil government, will oppose the dragon and will (open it’s mouth to swallow the flood spewed by the dragon after the woman)) act in a way so that the evil world government won’t have total sway and destroy all good left in the world. Those who are of the woman(the church?) will be hidden away for 3.5 years for a time of preparation until God has finally put down all evil on the Earth. That is my general take of what that passage means...it has nothing to do with astronomical events per se but was symbolic of the final struggles predicted between Satan and the church of God. Yes there are astronomical horrors that are coming but I don’t think this passage in Revelation is linked to those other prophecies in that material way!

Now they say Obama is, but he is not specifically the beast;...in a way though in a recent speech where he related Christianity as just one more religion to be syncretized with all other religions, he revealed of which spirit that he was of. 1 John 4 explains how to tell the spirit of antichrist!

And it may not be an accident the first reformers called the papacy the ‘seat of antichrist’ and the pope(s) antichrist.

That greek word anti means something a little different than the way we use it today- according to the concordances I have seen.

Amazingly prophetic that in Daniel 7, we have something out of the 4th Beast/Kingdom (Rome) would think to change times and laws- And low and behold, the world sets it work and worship to a Roman calendar named after a pope.

Those first reformers, had the calendar been out at the start of the reformation, would most assuredly would have called it an antichrist calendar.

And now, the entire world uses it.

If people understood those signs, and use the sun, moon and stars to tell time, like the bible alludes to in Genesis 1:14, lots of what Rome teaches falls away as false-including their calendar.

And so, so subtle. The enemy is that subtle.

As bad as he was, Bill didn’t actively import our enemy into the Us in the massive numbers that current leader wishes to, nor did he light out Whitehorse in rainbow colors as the ultimate spit in the faces o God and His people and our m oral code- He didn’t lift sanctions of despicable regimes, nor did he apologize to our enemies who slaughtered us and millions of people worldwide in world wars- The level of evil from the current administration is mind numbing, and the rapidity with which her has destroyed our moral fabric in this ocutnry, and endangered the citizens with his capitulation to islam is unbelievable- I watched the ocutnry I love slip into a massive immoral cauldron of hedonism and greed, and capitulation to evil right before my eyes for 7 years now-

Bill was bad- but Christian bakers were not beign forced to bake cakes for gay people, 70+ year old florists were not losing their business and homes under him- photographers were not beign forced to photograph gay weddings, print makers were not forced to print homosexual material violating their religious belief- schools were not forcing students to denounce God and recite islamic creed - children as young as kindergartens were not being encouraged to ‘pick another identity’ - children were not being encouraged to experiment with both sexes- Parents were not forbidden from taking their kids to preparative therapy when their confused kids mistakenly believed the lie that bing gay is a condition they can’t help
