Is this a prophesy about Trump?:
Isaiah 14:29 Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.
Isa 14:30 And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant.
It speaks about a Palistina that believes a rod that has stood against it has been broken. Could this be The USA under Obama? But, out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. The serpent may be Obama who has fought against Israel and vastly promoted the Islam who is also Palestine, opposed to Israel. They have been strengthened. But out of the serpent's root a cockatrice is birthed (as from Palestine's perspective), which will come out against Palestine and help Israel. Trump, a God send, may well prove to be a God send for Israel. He was brought forth out of the whole Obama evil, usurped Presidency.

There are currently 2 competing (and opposite) narratives on America in biblical prophecy.
One predicts that America is to fall, the other predicts that America is to rise again.
This is not the first time i’ve seen this connection of your referenced scripture in support of the latter. It has repeated itself multiple times all over the internet.
NOW... I would argue that the former prediction is born out of a spirit if fear... designed to demoralize and weaken America’s spirit (which was founded under God)
At this point, based upon the way in which Hillary’s (and Obama’s) machine is seemingly being unraveled supernaturally, I would have to conclude that evidence is strong that you are correct.
I would also suspect that we aint seen NOTHIN yet.

You can't just take a single verse and twist it. Context.

Joseph is yet alive, and he is a parable over all the house of bondage.
Note the name/identity change from vs 27 to 28. When Jacob revived after this news about Joseph, it was Israel who spoke.

The number of cryptic connections that can be made from English translations of the bible is literally unending.
An equal number of opposing conclusions can be taken from the same scriptures you mentioned.
I recommend a more broad view of what the prophecy is saying to determine where we are on God’s timeline. I cannot say for sure that any prophecy in the bible is directly referencing America. There are certainly some which present strong evidence, but we should stay focused on the apple of God’s eye which is Israel and our Savior Who is Jesus Christ.
Prophecy is not intended to foretell future in America.
It is intended to validate God’s word as a sign to the unbeliever.

That's the irony with all the prophecy teachers out running around these days. They can discern the faces of the politicians and the media, but not signs of the times.
