MOLINE — A woman accused of making false accusations against an Illinois State Police trooper has been arrested in relation to the case.  Zabina Buchanan, 44, of Moline, was arrested Friday on suspicion of disorderly conduct, according to a news release from the ISP. She is accused of alleging an Illinois State Police trooper sexually assaulted her.
