“Now that I am your President, America will expose the crimes of the Castro regime and stand with the Cuban people in their struggle for freedom….For nearly six decades, the Cuban people have suffered under communist domination. To this day, Cuba is ruled by the same people who killed tens of thousands of their own citizens, who sought to spread their repressive and failed ideology throughout our hemisphere, and who once tried to host enemy nuclear weapons 90 miles from our shores.” (President Donald Trump, June 16, 2017.)In a vicious sucker punch to the Fake News Media and Deep...

"I don't know there was a game," White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Thursday in response to a question about President Donald Trump's latest tweets, in which he denied taping former FBI chief James Comey. Actually, it is a game -- a 41-day back-and-forth marathon called "snooker," played not with cue sticks and red balls, but with cryptic social media posts prodding reporters' raised hands and shouted questions. Once again, Trump has managed to make journalists look easily dispatched on a fool's errand to investigate what turned out to be a nonissue. But why? What, if anything,...

"If you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors. For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. For He who said, 'Do not commit adultery,' also said, 'Do not commit murder.' Now if you do not commit adultery, but do commit murder, you have become a transgressor of the law" (James 2:9-11). You sin when you fall short of God’s holy standard or go beyond the limits of His law. Many people attempt to justify their sinfulness by categorizing sins according to their...

Now, O king, establish the injunction and sign the document so that it may not be changed, according to the law of the...

Thirty years after President Reagan seized upon an historic opportunity to bring down the Iron Curtain, there are growing indications that President Trump can make similarly historic strides in the conflict between the US and the new Evil of our time: Islamic extremism. In its first five months, President Trump’s presidency has witnessed dramatic shifts from the policies normalized by the Obama administration. Few are as significant or wide-ranging as the changes in American dealings with the Islamic Republic of Iran. The new attitude enjoys rare bipartisan support in Congress, and with good cause. The conciliatory policy of Trump’s predecessor...

A photo provided to The Daily Caller shows the word “Covfefe’ stamped on the gun of an M109 Paladin. Twitter exploded about the possible meaning of “covfefe” when Trump made a typo in a tweet on May 30, accidentally writing, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe.” He followed it up, “Who can figure out the true meaning of ‘covfefe’ ??? Enjoy!” Most Twitter users joked about the typo, but some oddly suggested it might be secret message to the Russians. Trump...

As far as I know, Rodney Stooksbury is an actual living human being. I have even spoken with someone who has spoken with someone who swears he exists. Certain people, however, are convinced that Rodney Stooksbury does not exist. This is because, even though Rodney Stooksbury was the 2016 Democratic congressional candidate in Georgia’s 6th District, nobody could ever actually seem to find a photograph of the guy. Or a campaign website. Or any campaign material. Or anyone who has actually met Rodney Stooksbury. News outlets tried to track down Stooksbury, to no avail. According to one investigation, “when reporters...

The National Security Agency did not know how many officials were authorized to download and transfer top secret data from its servers prior to the high-profile leaks by former contractor Edward Snowden, according to a recently declassified government report. The NSA was also unsuccessful in attempts to meaningfully cut the number of officials with "privileged" access to its most sensitive databases, the Department of Defense's inspector general determined in the 2016 investigation. The heavily redacted report was obtained by the New York Times through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The agency struggled to achieve the mandated reductions because it had no idea how...

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch dissented from Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Friday ruling that resolved a dispute over the judicial review procedure for complaints filed by federal employees. The case itself involves the process for handling federal employee workforce complaints. Those complaints that fall under both the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 and federal antidiscrimination laws are called "mixed cases." When the federal Merit Systems Protection Board dismisses a...
