For the Madison Children's Museum, the decision was a no-brainer. But for other businesses, the debate over whether to allow concealed weapons on their properties is taking a little more thought. For others, there will be no change at all. The law, signed by Gov. Scott Walker on July 8, goes into effect Nov. 1.
