“How big a deal is it if they don’t find collusion for the president?” ABC “This Week” host Martha Raddatz asked Moran. “Huge,” said Moran. “He’s cleared. If Robert Mueller comes back, Mueller became a folk hero in the United States.”

Is it any wonder that American news consumers are at the end of their ropes of patience with the “mainstream media”? Three weeks ago, when I first documented troubling questions, contradictions and doubts about Trump-hating, attention-craving actor Jussie Smollett’s absurd hate crime claims, few in the “professional” journalism herd paid heed. Now, with a grand jury investigation on the horizon, everyone’s a Johnny-come-lately debunker. And everyone’s making excuses: How could we have known? Why would anyone lie about racism? What could have possibly prepared us for such a scandalous swindle? I’m especially looking at you, Robin Roberts. You and ABC’s...

The same networks that spent 2,202 minutes of collective airtime to push the Russia Collusion Media-Hoax are refusing to cover the Senate Intelligence Committee bipartisan report, which found no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. The Media Research Center (MRC) did the research and found that between January 21, 2017, and February 10, 2019, “ABC’s World News Tonight, the CBS Evening News, and the NBC Nightly News [spent] 2,202 minutes on the Russia investigation [, which] accounted for nearly 19 percent of all Trump-related reporting [, and now] none of those three shows have even mentioned the investigation since...

ABC is finally making a pressing Modern Family matter official: The Emmy-winning sitcom has been renewed for an 11th and final season. The network’s newly installed entertainment president, Karey Burke, announced the news Tuesday at the Television Critics Assoc. winter press tour, promising that the final season will feature “more milestone events” that long-standing fans of the series “won’t want to miss.” Modern Family this season is averaging 5.1 million total viewers and a 1.4 demo rating, down 10 and 15 percent from Season 9 but still ranking as ABC’s No. 2 comedy (behind The Conners) and No. 4 series...

I don't think I'm seeing/saw things. While watching the 5PM local news on 12 (ABC) out of San Antonio they brought up Ralph Northam and his situation. They then ran a clip from ABC news that in the lower left hand corner had a box that read "Republican Ralph Northam"!!!!!!!!!! Just for my satisfaction did anybody else see this ABC clip. I don't watch any national news but am about 99% sure it said "Republican Ralph Northam". More fake news?

Lawyer Robert Barnes named several celebrities and media personalities he intends to sue for libel against some students of the Covington Catholic High School, whom he represents. In a Jan. 26 Fox News interview, Barnes specifically mentioned Reza Aslan, Iranian-American writer and commentator; Matthew Dowd, ABC News political analyst and former chief strategist for the George W. Bush campaign; actor Michael Rapaport; and The New York Daily News. The trial lawyer took up the students' case after media and social media whipped up a storm maligning the Kentucky students over their encounter with several Native American activists following the Jan....

“Good Morning America” recently hosted an 11-year-old “drag kid” known as “Desmond is Amazing.” Desmond Napoles made a grand entrance dressed as an adult woman and danced suggestively down a red carpet to rousing applause. Desmond finished his routine posed suggestively on the floor where he was met with more wild applause. The two hosts called him “trailblazing” and “courageous.”Desmond’s parents, Andrew and Wendy Napoles were present in the audience. They have also allowed their son to dance for money and simulate stripping in an adult gay bar in Brooklyn called “The 3 Dollar Bill.”  What causes an entire audience...

Despite what was a much delayed but important avalanche of headlines about the group’s anti-Semitism, the 2019 Women’s March took place Saturday and it still received nearly 15 times the broadcast network newscast coverage of the 47th annual March for Life that was held Friday.  Between Wednesday morning and Saturday evening, the Women’s March fetched 14 minutes and 26 seconds of coverage on the ABC, CBS, and NBC morning and evening newscasts. This stood in stark contrast to just 58 seconds for the March for Life. The Women’s March still went on despite their controversies with some satellite marches divorcing...

Friday night, the Special Counsel’s office released an extremely rare statement that took a buzz saw to BuzzFeed News’s Thursday night bombshell that alleged President Trump directed former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about possible construction of a Trump Tower in Moscow. In the statement, a Mueller spokesman called it “not accurate.” Despite the fact that the BuzzFeed News story was not confirmed by — well — any news outlet from when it was first published to the statement from Mueller’s team, the broadcast networks devoted 27 minutes and 33 second on their Friday morning and...

A new study by a conservative media watchdog group concludes that the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts have covered President Trump with negative spin 90 percent of the time, but claims the coverage has done little to sway the public's overall opinion of his administration. Media Research Center senior editor Rich Noyes analyzed every episode of “NBC Nightly News,” ABC’s “World News Tonight” and “CBS Evening News” since Trump’s Jan. 20, 2017 inauguration. Noyes noted that the “tone of coverage remains incessantly hostile” and was only positive 10 percent of the time. “To determine the spin of news coverage,...

President Trump’s proposed wall along the United States-Mexico border has soared in popularity with American voters across the board, as he battles a split GOP-Democrat Congress to secure funding for the barrier. The latest ABC News/Washington Post poll reveals a major shift among nearly all demographic groups across the country when it comes to support for a border wall at the southern border. This time last year, the poll claimed that only 34 percent of voters supported a wall at the U.S.-Mexico border. Today, support for the wall has climbed to 42 percent overall. Most notable, swing voters are increasingly...

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders gave her first press briefing in weeks on Tuesday, and she faced a barrage of questions over President Donald Trump‘s demand for border wall funding. ABC News’s Terry Moran was scathing in his questioning, directly confronting Sanders over Trump’s nonsensical claim that his USMCA trade deal with Mexico will result in the country paying for a wall on its border.

Things got heated on the set of ABC’s This Week on Sunday when Matt Schlapp of the American Conservative Union (and the lone conservative on the panel) clashed with liberal ABC commentator Roland Martin during the Powerhouse Roundtable. And after hearing Schlapp’s opinion about the plethora of investigations into President Trump, host and Clinton lackey George Stephanopoulos was so upset he accidentally flung his microphone under the desk. In the lead up to Stephanopoulos’s microphone mishap, an angry Martin unloaded on the President by comparing him to murderous mob boss John Gotti. “But George, the biggest issue for Mulvaney and...

Donee Odegard knew what happened the minute two sheriffs showed up at her door. She'd been through it before. The authorities asked her a few questions about her daughter, Sarah Papenheim, before delivering the news: Her daughter had been stabbed to death while studying abroad in the Netherlands. "He was sad to inform me that my beautiful daughter had passed. I kind of knew it was coming when you have done this before," said Odegard, whose son had committed suicide at 21 three years ago, in an interview with "Good Morning America." Papenheim, a Minnesotan native, died Wednesday afternoon after...

A 21-year-old American student was stabbed to death in Rotterdam, allegedly by her roommate, police confirmed Friday. According to a police statement, authorities received reports of a quarrel at an apartment on Kralingse Kerklaan on Wednesday. When they entered the apartment, the statement said, police found Sarah Papenheim with stab wounds and attempted to resuscitate her. Police say those attempts were unsuccessful, and she died of her injuries. An investigation led authorities to the suspect, Papenheim's 23-year-old roommate, who was arrested at the Eindhoven train station, the police statement said. The two lived in the same apartment with their own...

Continuing the story of the Conner family without its matriarch was a risky proposition, and, thankfully for ABC, it worked. Spinoff series "The Conners" has done well and, not surprisingly, ABC would like a second installment. I hear negotiations are underway with the core cast for a 13-episode Season 2. That would be up from the 11 episodes in its current first season and the 9 for the lone season of the "Roseanne" revival. The cast of "The Conners" is led by "Roseanne" alums including Sara Gilbert, who also serves as an executive producer, John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, and Lecy...
