How the CIA Funds Anti-Bush Propaganda By Bill Gertz The Washington Times | September 14, 2004 The CIA's Counterterrorist Center has spent more than $15 million in the past three years funding studies, reports and conferences produced by former Democratic administration officials and other critics of the Bush administration. The latest effort was a $300,000 grant by the CIA to the Atlantic Council for a study co-authored by Richard A. Clarke, the former counterterrorism official who wrote a best seller accusing the Bush administration of failing in the war on terrorism by invading Iraq.

.................It's about payback. I once took a course with my former good friend Eric (we had too many strident political disagreements to remain cordial), one of the pre-eminent sales training professionals in the country, where he exhibited that within any group when someone offering a solution or plan is shot down, that person will retaliate within minutes. So what we have here is retaliation. We conservatives spent at least four years battling, criticizing, impaling and impeaching President Clinton. Earlier, we watched his minions pillory Robert Bork into a verb and try to turn Justice Clarence Thomas into Uncle Tom. Mr....

HundredPercenter News September 1st, 2004 by Malachy Joyce HundredPercenter Infiltrates the Anti-Everything Protests Being a lifetime resident of New York, I felt it was necessary to check out, first hand, what these protesters were all about. So I got together with a few friends from work and set off to walk the same pavement as these malcontents. We converge on the corner of 42nd street and 5th ave, near the library. As soon as we get there, we see at least 100 police officers and countless vehicles. The protesters were supposed to mass a rally at the library at 6PM. It was...

The vast army that marched past Madison Square Garden yesterday afternoon yelling, "Bring the Troops Home!" and "Fox News Sucks!" and "Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire!" were united by one great emotion: Contempt for George W. Bush. They denounced the President and all his works in blunt generic slogans and in distinctive New York-ese (my favorite: "Bush is a Tush"), and sang out "No more years!" This chant was almost the only hint that the marchers realize it is an election year. They hate Bush but they didn't show any love for his opponent, either. They didn't even mention him....

Check the link for the latest "graphic sign" the 'rats are pushing. Not only is it lousy artwork, as I'm sure Registered or SacredCowBurgers or similar could do a MUCH better retaliatory version, but since they have their John Kerry "Patriot" (which, in and of itself is a laugh. . .) kicking Dubya, who's wearing a US Military flier's outfit. Guess they don't like the Military either. I just can't see why sKerry isn't dressed in his Vietnam duds. . . .(evil grin)

You know Bush must go but which protest is right for you? Some protesters are angrier than others. Some will be closer to the GOP Zone. And, some are sending signals that a law or two may be broken. We've laid out your ten best options and rated them on how hot we expect them to get. A31 August 31, all day, concluding with a 7 p.m. swarming of Madison Square Garden An ad-hoc collective of anarchist groups has called for a day of direct action, which kicks off at 9:30 a.m. outside Tavern on the Green and culminates in...

I was at the Westlake Village Barnes & Noble yesterday and true to form, the store was packed with anti-Bush books galore. I felt like I was walking into the DNC, not a bookstore. They didn't have Unfit for Command and they didn't know when any additional stock would arrive. Anyway, they had a display about Current Affairs/Politics on the first floor next to the Information Desk that had every conceivable "Bush is evil" book on the table. There was also a note about an appearance on August 23rd by Robert Scheer, co-author of The Five Biggest Lies Bush Told...

2004 GOP Primary EndorsementsU.S. Senate - John McCain sure has a lot of sympathies for liberal and Democrat causes and office holders. He has opposed almost everything conservatives hold dear. This summer alone, he has defended Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry and has sided with homosexual activists over those who would defend traditional marriage. Recommendation: NONE

Friends believe outburst triggered by chronic disease Linda Ronstadt suffers from a chronic, debilitating disease -- and friends believe it triggered her bizarre headline-making meltdown in Las Vegas. The singer -- whose hits include "You're No Good," "Blue Bayou" and "It's So Easy" -- was diagnosed with the chronic thyroid disorder in 1997. SYMPTOMS Symptoms can range from...

If you want a good example of the "long march through the institutions" undertaken by sixties leftists after they left school, look no further than the career of Orville Schell, dean of Berkeley's School of Journalism. Since the political program of the left was unlikely to prevail through democratic means-- given the innate good sense of most Americans, who can smell a totalitarian rat a mile away-- those like Schell endorsing various socialist nostrums could realize their utopian schemes only "by insinuation and infiltration rather than confrontation," as Roger Kimball has put it. Thus they settled in the universities and...

LOS ANGELES - Some may think Whoopi Goldberg's crack about President Bush was no big whoop. But in the latest case of celebrity censure over political remarks, Slim-Fast cut Goldberg out like carbs. The diet giant dropped the comedy queen from its advertising campaign because the company's executives were unhappy with anti-Bush remarks Goldberg made at a recent political rally. "While I can appreciate what the Slim-Fast people need to do in order to protect their business, I must also do what I need to do as an artist, as a writer and as an American - not to mention...

European Media Paint Bush, America as Villains By Dale HurdCBN News Sr. Reporter July 7, 2004 The coverage of Bush and Iraq is so one-sided in Europe that it is now accepted as fact that Bush and the Iraq war are both bad, and you had better not say otherwise. CBN.com – PARIS - In an Iraqi court last week, Saddam Hussein called President Bush a criminal. Very few Americans took that charge seriously. But the international news media has repeatedly cast President Bush as a villain on the world stage. And for millions around the world, the message seems...
