DAY ONE - Today, was day one of the Obama/Columbia University trial and the events consisted of introducing Judge Unger and jury selection. People attended this trial from all over the world. The attendees came from as far as Germany, Hawaii, California, Toronto, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida just to name a few. One of the attendees was a former Mayor of New Mexico as well. Meandering through my 1928 Edition of Bouvier's Law Dictionary on page 833, Native, Native Citizen is defined: Those born in a country, of parents who are citizens. If Obama does not meet the standards of a native citizen how can he be a natural born citizen.

The governor of Hawaii signed into law Wednesday a bill that allows state agencies to ignore records requests they deem to be duplicative or substantially similar to previous requests, The Associated Press reported. Obama's mom planned to "return to Kenya" with Obama and his father per Obama's book Dreams from My Father. To return to somewhere, you had to have been there first. In Obama's biographical book Dreams from My Father, on page 126, Obama tells the account of Obama's mom telling him that some day it was intended that all three of them were to "return to Kenya", i.e., his father, mother, and Obama.
