A Wisconsin teen accused of sexually assaulting college students landed in jail for the fourth time in less than two weeks. Larry Seidl, 18, was busted Thursday night at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for going into a women’s bathroom in a dorm and sticking his phone camera under an occupied stall, authorities said. Seidl left the dorm when staff confronted him, but police tracked him down on campus, news station WKOW reported. He was taken into custody for bail jumping. A Mississippi teen has been charged after he allegedly stabbed an elderly woman and cut her ear off. Corey Smith, 13, was charged in connection with an attack that left a 61-year-old Jackson resident in critical condition and without an ear, KMBC reported.
