Conservatives (Dittoheads in particular) make many demands of Rush Limbaugh. He's considered a spokesman and a champion of their political philosophy, and one who articulates it to millions every day. But now that he's been dropped by a group seeking to acquire the St. Louis Rams football team because of media statements taken out of context (and in this case, simply made up), he needs to punch them in the mouth.

“Can You Hear Us Now…?”That was the taunt, chanted by hundreds at the DC Tea Party. I took a few pics from the March that wouldn't end.

There comes a time when you're tired of holding it in. There comes a time when you don't care what people will think or say. There comes a time when someone has to say what many have to be thinking. People in this country were sold a bill of goods on Barack Obama. We were all told he was this "post racial" candidate that would bring the nation together. We were told to give the man a chance to heal the ethnic divides in this country. The problem is that from the beginning of his presidential candidacy (up to now),...

It must be nice to be in a party that does all they can to destroy their opposition’s candidate and then believes they have the mission to select the next sacrificial lamb. Kelly Ayotte, New Hampshire’s GOP rising star, is a folksy, gun-loving mother of two who has her eyes on a Senate seat. And, you betcha, she married a dude who puts Todd to shame. So why are Democrats spooked by a 41-year-old attorney general from New Hampshire? Maybe it’s because they’re worried Ayotte, with her budding star power and folksy charm, might actually be another Sarah Palin, a...

If “hate crimes” were declared on a more even basis, maybe the term (and its meaning) would be taken more seriously. But we live in a politically correct society that dictates that whites are always oppressors and minorities are always victims. Someone should explain that to Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian… On Saturday January 6, 2007 Hugh Christopher Newsom, age 23 and Channon Gail Christian, age 21, both students at the University of Tennessee went out on a date. They were driving in Channon’s Toyota 4-Runner when they were carjacked at gunpoint. Suddenly the crime turned far more savage than...

The Project 21 black leadership network, New York Times liberal columnist Paul Krugman Obama Must Condemn NY Times Race-Baiting Tactics, Black Group Says Washington D.C. — The Project 21 black leadership network is condemning New York Times liberal columnist Paul Krugman for scurrilously pinning racist motives on critics of President Obama’s health care proposals. The group is calling upon President Obama to condemn all efforts to derail legitimate public debate, specifically including this effort to stifle debate with race-baiting tactics. “Paul Krugman is the one with race on the brain,” Project 21 Chairman Mychal Massie charged. “Specifically, he is using...

Sarah Palin has been the target of the left from the very day she walked onto the public stage, and their venom continues on. Was on at the top of the hour on the Gates/Obama fiasco.

This is not another "just words" moment. During a primetime press conference on the whole black-Harvard-scholar-being-racially-profiled-and-arrested-in-his-Cambridge-Massachusetts-home thing, President Obama said, "Well, I should say at the outset that Skip Gates is a friend, so I may be a little biased here. I don't know all the facts." This is where the president should have stopped and minded his own business, but the all-about-me man just couldn't contain himself... Now, I don't know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it's fair to say, number one, any of us...

Bill O'Reilly has called Free Republic a hate site and he may now have some ammunition to back up that assertion. "A typical street whore." "A bunch of ghetto thugs." "Ghetto street trash." "Wonder when she will get her first abortion."These are a small selection of some of the racially-charged comments posted to the conservative 'Free Republic' blog Thursday, aimed at U.S. President Barack Obama's 11-year-old daughter Malia after she was photographed wearing a t-shirt with a peace sign on the front. The thread was accompanied by a photo of Michelle Obama speaking to Malia that featured the caption, "To...

I got into an argument Monday night with a caller while a guest on The Republican Temple radio program. I said I thought our children needed to suffer, and as the gentleman on the line went into kneejerk mode without allowing me complete my point, I think I'll make it here, without a rude interruption. Our country is a mess right now. Granted, President Obama "inherited" some financial issues but I'd almost be willing to bet John McCain wouldn't be taking over businesses, firing their CEO's and positioning himself between them and the pitchforks, begging the United Nations for intervention...

As I've said before, Muslim extremists respect strength. Iran no longer respects the United States, and they want the whole world to know it. US President Barack Obama's offer to talk to Iran shows that America's policy of "domination" has failed, the government spokesman said on Saturday. "This request means Western ideology has become passive, that capitalist thought and the system of domination have failed," Gholam Hossein Elham was quoted as saying by the Mehr news agency.

I do want John McCain to win in November. Consider the alternative. I've personally been told to tread easy and not make the McCain Campaign mad, but there's certain things that need be said, and I'm proud of my tendency of saying things that need be said by those who don't want to make waves. John McCain's overtures to black groups like the NAACP, and now the Urban League may make for well-needed press, but at the same time, why do Republicans continue to ignore the one group of black folk they KNOW will vote for them: black Republicans?

This is video is about how Obama will repeat failed policies of the past. It also shows that not all Black voters are drinking Obama's kool-aid

I felt the following quote requires some further commentary… "I'm confused as to why any African American would be a Republican in this day and age." — Robin Wright-Jones, (D) Missouri State Representative With all due respect to Representative Wright-Jones, I can't understand why more blacks haven't jumped the Democrat ship. Granted, with decades of vilification, I can understand why people decide to avoid the public ridicule one would be exposed to as a black Republican. While many, including former Washington D.C. mayor Marion Barry, mistakenly believe (for example) President Lincoln was a Democrat, the belief that Democrats are the...

While Hillary’s supporters are currently engaged in, at least for now, an attempt to hijack the Democrat presidential nomination away from Barack Obama, or at worse (for them), elect John McCain in November, a new rift is being revealed from within the Republican Party. Some black Republicans are hinting at jumping ship and voting for Barack Obama, not because they are in line with his many election year promises, but it would appear simply because he’s black. “I don't necessarily like his policies; I don't like much that he advocates, but for the first time in my life, history thrusts...

For almost five long years, many of us have tried to explain to a deaf media and public that President Bush was a victim of the world's intelligence when it came to the whole weapons of mass destruction thing with Iraq. Liberals chanted "Bush lied, people died" and some have called for The Hague to try him for war crimes. So, you can imagine my frustration and near uncontrollable anger when after all that, the Los Angeles Times decides to shock the world... Bush never lied to us about Iraq

With the news of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s $1 billion initiative to “woo” biotech businesses to The Bay State, not all are blindly cheering. State Representative candidate Bob Parks (R) of the 2nd Franklin District is suspicious of the governor’s motives. “Two years ago, I suggested our district apply directly to HUD and receive Empowerment Zone status. This would enable existing businesses here to grow and hire more people, while luring others. The difference between my plan and Governor Patrick’s is that it doesn’t require taxpayers to foot the bill, and my plan isn’t discriminatory, giving preference to one business...

Athol Republican begins race against Donelan Recorder Staff View all comments (14) Published: Thursday, June 05, 2008 Republican Robert E. Parks of Athol has formally announced his candidacy to challenge Democratic incumbent Christopher Donelan's re-election bid to the Second Franklin District seat in the state House of Representatives. The 49-year-old former graphics designer at the Fox television network in California, and a former producer and production manager at Athol-Orange Community Television, abandoned an effort to circulate nomination papers in 2006, saying he didn't have enough time to gather the 150 signatures needed. But Parks, a Boston native who moved to...

Rudy Giuliani may be out of the presidential picture for now, but he may swing the election towards McCain. According to Katy Grimes at Townhall, he has the sledgehammer that just may deliver Barack Obama a knockout punch, again, all because his wife has a big mouth. The buzz about a tape surfacing of Michelle Obama ranting about "Whitey" together with Louis Farrakhan and the Reverend Jeremiah Wright is interesting, if not a deal breaker. When it comes out, Barack will be permanently branded with the Nation of Islam - not a good tag when running for President of the...

A troubling pattern has yet again emerged. While we were warned by General David Petraeus that the quelling of violence in Iraq is sensitive at best, the political and military climate there are now a lot better than a year ago this time. With that, the Democrat leadership and presidential candidates continue to operate from a position that all hell is breaking loose every day. What do they know that we don’t? Over the last couple of weeks, a nationwide curfew has been implemented, there have been attacks on The Green Zone, and bombings within previously pacified areas are on...

From Jack Cafferty to even Keith Olbermann, the mainstream media has begrudgingly had to acknowledge that Hillary Clinton’s recent “scripted” recollection of dodging sniper fire in Bosnia was not just a misstatement, but a bold faced lie. A lie told to bolster her image as an experienced, courage-under-fire, presidential candidate ready to become Commander-in-Chief. The media, as usual, has been slow to jump onboard because they depend on candidates to come on and give interviews. When they think they’re being unduly picked on, they avoid that network. So media outlets are careful to fully check stories before they run them....

Wrongs & Wright Culture War Bob Parks, Featured Writer March 18, 2008 Six years ago, I was inspired to become an opinion columnist so I could attempt to give a different perspective on current events. Six years later, while watching Monday morning’s Good Morning America segment with Democrat operative Donna Brazille and NPR’s Juan Williams, I see there is still a lot to do, especially when countering the leftist representation of Black opinion in the United States. Sure, while 90-95% of Blacks vote Democrat, it is because of the inaccurate repetitions conducted daily by the mainstream media and those they...

In response to the media, and political, firestorm (if you want to call it that) regarding the controversial sermons by Barack Obama’s pastor, campaign damage control dictates he give a speech on that, and race issue in general. Race is still a sensitive issue in the United States of America. Hell, I even received a comment on my previous column from the Ku Klux Klan LLC, bemoaning the fact that political correctness is squelching what they can and can’t say about “radical Republicans” and “Negros”. What a wonderful country we are that an organization like the Ku Klux Klan qualifies...

That’s the way Ashley Alexandra “Kristen” Dupré will be remembered. Not as a young woman with potential, as are all of our young women. No, she’s now known as the $4,300-an-hour ho who brought down the Governor of New York. Many in our entertainment intelligentsia consider prostitution a victimless crime, thus Ashley Alexandra “Kristen” Dupré’s activities are going to be her ticket to fame and fortune. She’s probably already received many offers from agents who know they can sell her name, face, “voice” and body. They know there will be interested parties waiting to exploit her newfound fame, or infamy...

The Check Obama Can’t CashBob Parks, Intel Radio Network I’ve been tossing this about for a while, and made brief mention of it. It just took a little push off the cliff to really get me going. According to London’s Times Online, “Trevor Phillips, chairman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, claimed that the Democratic front-runner would ultimately disappoint the African-American community and dismissed the notion that he would be "the harbinger of a post-racial America" if he becomes the country’s first black President. “Writing in Prospect, the monthly current affairs magazine, Mr. Phillips suggested that guilt over transatlantic slavery was behind...

Who in their right mind would think some of us enjoy being global warming deniers? It’s a perilous position, to be sure. There are many people whom, just because the weather does things that aren’t always in our creature comfort zone, believe that strange things are happening and it’s all our fault. Whenever a catastrophic tornado or hurricane touches down, it can’t be a natural incident. No, such things aren’t supposed to displace us, or cause undue panic attacks. Life is supposed to be “normal”. So we have people like Former Vice President Al Gore making movies. We have Hollywood...

With the face-lift and name change of this website, some of you may be wondering "What's up?" Over the last five-plus years, I've written several hundred columns, written, produced, and edited my own videos, as well as writing and reading over 150 radio rants. The opinions offered up have resulted in my being invited on many radio and television programs nationwide, as well as invitations to write for many more websites and print publications. But it didn't stop there. Last summer, I was offered the opportunity to host a nationally syndicated talk radio program... and I accepted. So starting Monday,...

Most of us have heard about the black professor at Columbia who claims a noose was hung on her office door. Well, for some reason Columbia won't give the NYPD the videotape that could crack the case without a court order. These kind of things gets the imagination rolling. Did the black professor hang the noose on her own door and scream racism for attention? College professors have faked hate crimes before. Liberal students posing as conservatives have faked hate crimes. Was the person who hung the noose a relative of a dean or a star field hockey player? Did...

Radio Script for 6/15/07 As a parent, there are certain things we have to do when it comes to raising kids. One of those things we have to deal with, from time to time, is getting kids to go to school. There are all kinds of reasons, some legit, and some insultingly stupid. But the bottom line is we make them go to school because it’s the right thing to do, and it's the law. So, talk about giving a bad example, we have... teachers! Here in a Boston suburb, as well in many cities around the country during the...

President Bush signed a law Tuesday that authorizes military trials of terror suspects, eliminates some of the rights defendants were guaranteed under U.S. law, and authorizes continued harsh interrogations of those who woke up one day and decided kill Americans. Your typical liberals denounced the law as a violation of American values. The American Civil Liberties Union said it was "one of the worst civil liberties measures ever enacted in American history.” So what was the worst? Giving the ACLU non-profit status as a non-partisan organization? Don’t get me started….

We’re a little over a month from the general election, but why are we kidding ourselves? Deval Patrick IS going to be the next governor of Massachusetts. I hope I’m wrong, but there is one major issue of influence outside of blind, partisan voting at play here. Deval Patrick is going to be elected for one reason and one reason only: he’s black. I know some of you out there will take great offense to that reasoning, but all I can say is you know it’s true....

Mel-icious Intent August 03, 2006 by Bob Parks I’m not really sure how many times Mel Gibson will be thrown under the bus. What he said was boneheaded, vile, racist, and the Jewish component of the entertainment industry wants blood. No apology is enough, and forgiveness is out of the question when you are considered an anti-Semite. When I worked in Hollywood, Jewish people I knew would lose their minds at any inference that the joint was run by them. Unfortunately, impressions are best made by what one sees, not believes. A lot of the people working at almost every...

The following are some of the hundreds of messages sent after my Monday morning appearance on “CNN Daybreak.” These are aparently representative of the thinking of some of the news outlet’s audience…. The following is the script of my upcoming radio spot to air Friday, June 3, 2005... Before we get to today’s subject, I must clear up one common misconception about these radio spots. That’s all they are: little two-or-so minute rants. They’re not excepts from a nationally syndicated radio show. I create them in Orange, Massachusetts under the guidance of the good folks at WJDF (<- jingle) and I thank you for their popularity. So if there is anyone out there looking for a radio talk show host, please send me an email, because it would seem with the amount...
