The Council of American-Islamic Relations Florida on Monday filed a notice of claim stating its intention to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the FBI over the death of Ibragim Todashev.

A female bartender in Seattle suffered injuries to her face after asking a customer to show their proof of COVID-19 vaccination—which is mandated in the city, according to reports. A police officer shot a 16-year-old boy when he refused to drop the broomstick he was holding in Salt Lake City last night. The officer was responding to an unrelated call in the Utah capital at 8.15pm when his team spotted two teenagers arguing with a man, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. Broom isn't supposed to be alive to witness the 25th anniversary of Middleton's death—but he is. NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla -- An 82-year-old Lee County man said he tried to get an alligator out of his garage with a broom. John Turney says he also used the blue straw broom to kept the 4-foot reptile from biting him.
