Bumpers, a liberal governor and four-term Democratic senator from Arkansas who came out of retirement in 1999 to make a passionate closing argument defending President Bill Clinton against removal from office in a Senate trial, died on Friday at his home in Little Rock, Ark. (AP) — Some motorists convicted of drunken driving are being ordered to put bumper stickers on their cars that ask "How's my driving?" followed by a toll-free telephone number and the statement "The judge wants to know!!!" Escambia County Judge William White said he hopes the bumper stickers, which include an identification number for each driver, will reduce repeat offenses for driving under the influence of alcohol.</p>
