Two Round the Clock Diner locations in York County were told their business licenses are revoked as of Friday. Written warnings were issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture on May 14 to both locations at 222 Arsenal Road and 145 Memory Lane, according to the department’s spokeswoman Shannon Powers.
