  • Savage Destroys Hannity [Wallbanger is sad.]

The Rich Lieberman Report ^ | 3/26/2014 | Rich Lieberman
Love him, hate him, revile at his rants, he's the highest-paid radio host in the Bay Area; Michael Savage, syndicated talkie that has destroyed his ghost rival, Sean Hannity not only here, (KSFO), but NY, (King of the apple), Chicago, Detroit, Dallas. It's not even close in the important radio demos that count although some advertisers are still weary of Savage's discourse. They might have to reassess that position. Savage makes north of a million dollars but between his books and diversified business interests fortune, he's reportedly worth close to $100 million. Who needs radio?

"According to Nielsen Audio Metro data, Savage at least doubled Hannity’s average quarter-hour (AQH) rating in two major markets (New York and Dallas) and at least tripled his rating in Chicago and Savage’s hometown of San Francisco:"
  • Buy Before Banned: guns, ammo, lightbulbs, wood stoves, cars

    02/17/2014 12:29:27 PM PST · by AdamBomb · 67 replies
Over the past 6 years, our oppressive government has essentially forced me to buy numerous items prior to them being banned. 1) Increased CAFE standards lead to one of my vehicles being discontinued 2) Closing of lead smelting company 3) EPA about to put the hammer down on wood stoves by introducing particulate filters and other ridiculous controls. 4) Lightbulbs....well, you know the story So, I've invested in gas cans, lightbulbs, ammo, a new wood stove (1990 regs), guns, etc. What items have you purchased simply because you fear they will be phased out of existence?
  • Obama should have flown with Beretta Executives to Nashville[Vanity]

Yesterday, Beretta and Governor Haslam of Tennessee announced that a new $45 million state of the art manufacturing plant will be built just north of Nashville - Beretta is apparently not happy with Maryland's new gun restrictions. The timing of this announcement is especially delicious as Obama is visiting Nashville today to talk about jobs... Perhaps Obama could have let the Beretta executives fly with him and have a joint announcement. The other delicious connection is that Zero's boys were clearly and deliberately going after Jimmy Haslam regarding the Pilot gas station rebates. Maybe Governor Haslam is getting some revenge.
  • Sunday's Packers game will be among coldest ever at Lambeau Field

"If you’re that guy who insists on stripping down to your bare chest at Green Bay Packers games, you might want to wear an extra layer of grease paint on Sunday. [snip] "...models show zero or 1 degree at 3:40 p.m., when the game starts, and at mid-game, “It’ll probably be minus 3 or minus 4, that’d be my guess,” Wind speeds will be from 10 to 15 mph, with occasional gusts above that, Eckburg predicted. That means it’ll feel like minus 15 or minus 20 at the start of the game, and minus 20 to minus 25 well before...
  • Savage Auditioning for Rush’s slot?

    07/31/2013 12:06:34 PM PDT · by AdamBomb · 90 replies
First of all, for all of you who do not like Michael Savage, I really don’t give a damn. I like him. Many others on this website do too. You don't like Savage's politics? fine. I think he is wildly entertaining. Hell, he makes my teenagers laugh out loud all of the time. I don’t particularly like Rush or the Wall Banger. So this is not a bash Savage thread. Please do that somewhere else. So here goes....Recently we’ve noticed a bit of a difference in Savage. First, he gets on the Trayvon bandwagon. Note that he doesn’t say Trayvon...
  • Irony: Murder and Lockdown in Gated Subdivision: [Safer outside of gated subdivision than inside]

Last night, it was actually safer outside of a Brentwood, TN gated subdivision than it was inside of it. "BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - A man wanted in connection with his wife's shooting death was taken into custody early Monday morning after an overnight manhunt. Brentwood Police said 41-year-old Randolph Maidens walked out of the woods shortly after daylight, and was walking toward his home when he was taken into custody without incident. Police believe he had been laying low in the area, but were unsure where he had been. Maidens was to be questioned later Monday morning, and charges could be...

  • Black Gun Buying Frenzy [Vanity]

I went to a gun shop this evening in the "South". This is a well-known gun shop but it's in the middle of freakin nowhere. Drove an hour to get there. I went there tonight because, yesterday morning, I bought a "piece" over the phone so they had it locked up in the back for me. So I had to pick it up tonight. But the real story was I couldn't believe how many people were in there. There were at least 150 people in there. All the parking spaces in the lot were full. Black guns were flying off...
  • Is Rasmussen Playing us like a fiddle? The Psychology of a Close Race

    11/02/2012 7:09:20 AM PDT · by AdamBomb · 22 replies
First, let me say that I do believe the race is close….but I don’t see this thing as a tie. Like it or not, Rasmussen has Republican leanings. He also knows that there is more enthusiasm on our side. So here is the question: Is Rasmussen or has he intentionally kept this race close (even though he might know otherwise) to ensure that our side is not complacent? How else could he use the +3 Dem turnout unless he is certain of that amount of fraud? What is the psychology of a close race? Is it different for Democrats that...
  • What in the heck is going on in Ohio? (VANITY)

  • Tennessee: On the ground / EARLY VOTING (Anecdotal)

    10/17/2012 6:15:50 PM PDT · by AdamBomb · 16 replies
Today was the first day of early voting in Tennessee...a state that will be easily won by Romney. I live in Marsha Blackburn's district. She will also easily win in this very conservative district. So why is this important? Even thought the R's will win easy here, early voters turned out in huge numbers in Williamson County. In fact, the poll workers were not able to take a break all day because people just kept coming in. Again, this is a very Republican district with the outcomes already known. Me thinks there is a tidal wave of enthusiasm on our...

I was disgusted with the moderator Jaba the Hut last night. So much so that I' just gave Mitt $100. I would encourage all Freeples to do whatever you can to help Mitt across the finish line. We are very close. If you can afford $10, please help OUR cause. Thank you. Adam
  • Tommy Thompson's son calls for sending Obama back 'to Kenya'

Jason Thompson, the son of former Gov. Tommy Thompson, was caught on video Sunday suggesting at a Republican event that voters this fall could send President Barack Obama back "to Kenya." "We have the opportunity to send President Obama back to Chicago - or Kenya," Jason Thompson, an attorney at Michael Best and Friedrich, said during a fall brunch hosted by the Kenosha County Republican Party. Jason Thompson's comment about Obama prompted laughs from the crowd, with one woman jokingly adding, "We are taking donations for that Kenya trip."
  • OBAMA Push Poll? Strange Birther Type Phone Call From DC

I was just contacted by an African American lady representing the "Conservative Majority" and they wanted to play a shocking message for me. call was from DC wanting me to give feedback on a new Romney ad... 202-599-4867 So the horribly made ad (and I mean horrible) starts talking about.. ...We've never seen his birth certificate ...He has a social security # from connecticut ...He hasn't released his records from Columbia ...we conservatives are going to make sure he is exposed Then at the end, the recording said if you are interested in learning more, hang on the line... Finally,...
  • Demoralize the Demoralizers [Vanity]

    10/04/2012 8:27:59 AM PDT · by AdamBomb · 10 replies
Please forgive the vanity but I want to remind all of you about what we've been through the past 6-8 weeks. This is a golden opportunity to demoralize the very people who have been attempting to demoralize us. 1) ridicule 2) act confident 3) act like it's over 4) use social media But do not get overconfident.... Just use their tools against them. Use Alinsky's rules: Always remember the first rule of power tactics: Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have. The second rule is: Never go outside the experience of your people....
  • Random Ruminations: Romney Strategy and Polls

Point 1: Either Mitt is running the lamest campaign in the history of the GOP (2nd to McCain) OR he has a few surprises for us. If he plays it close to the vest for 4 more weeks, we're done. Point 2: Could Rasmussen be intentionally keeping his numbers close to even for a few different reasons? To give us hope, but to keep us from getting overconfident??? Is he in the tank? Point 3: We've heard so much about the money that Romney and Company have, but does the balance sheet reflect reality? For example, the latest numbers say...
  • VANITY: Romney vs. Obama Cash Update???? How much coordination is going on with PACS?

    09/25/2012 1:46:44 PM PDT · by AdamBomb · 7 replies
I have heard conflicting stories as of late. I know Obama has more cash than Romney when looking at the individual accounts. But that doesn't include national committees and Super PACS. What is the current scoreboard? How much covert coordination goes on between candidates, committees, and SuperPACS?
